Ilustracja przedstawia plaska figure o zarysie prostokata i brazowym tle, na powierzchni której naniesiony jest wizerunek loda na patyku, z widocznymi na jego powierzchni ciasteczkami oblanymi czekolada. Lód jest otoczony szarfa w kolorze brazowym z przeswitujacym jasnym brazem, na której widnieje napis LODY WANILIOWE W MLECZNEJ CZEKOLADZIE Z CIASTECZKAMI w kolorze bialym. Na wiazaniu szarfy ulozone sa dwa kwiaty wanilii w kolorach bialy z zóltym. Obok ulozone sa male okragle ciasteczka. Na tle loda naniesiony jest stylizowany napis GOLD w kolorze zlotym a z prawej strony od tego napisu umieszczone jest logo firmy ZEsiuk. Ponizej kwiatów umieszczony jest napis Propozycja podania. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest jego grafika przedstawiajaca, na brazowym tle, wi- zerunek loda na patyku obwiedzionego szarfa z napisem i ozdobiona kwiatami, obok których umiesz- czony jest produkt zawarty w lodzie a na lodzie – stylizowany napis GOLD. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which presents multi-coloured graphic elements showing the product contained in the packaging and a proposal for serving it to the consumer. The illustration shows a flat figure with a rectangular outline and a brown background, on the surface of which an image of an ice cream on a stick is applied, with chocolate-covered cookies visible on its surface. The ice cream is surrounded by a brown ribbon with translucent light brown, on which is the inscription VANILLA ICE CREAM IN MILK CHOCOLATE WITH COOKIES in white. On the ribbon tie there are two vanilla flowers in white and yellow. Small round cookies are placed next to it. On the background of the ice cream there is a stylized inscription GOLD in gold color and to the right of this inscription there is the logo of the ZEsiuk company. Below the flowers there is the inscription Proposal for serving. An essential feature of the industrial design is its graphic presenting, on a brown background, an image of an ice cream on a stick surrounded by a ribbon with an inscription and decorated with flowers, next to which there is a product contained in the ice cream and on the ice - a stylized inscription GOLD.
