Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do wyrobów cukierniczych, w szczególno- sci do czekoladek sezamowych. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w kolorystyce i ukladzie graficznym. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawione na rysunku, w którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok rozlozonego opakowania. Cechami istotnymi wzoru sa: 1. kolorystyka opakowania, którego tlo ma kolor czarny, a w czesci centralnej, cyklicznie umieszczone sa na przemian elementy slowne w formie podkreslonego dwoma kre- skami wyrazu Premium w kolorze zlotym, ponizej napisany lukiem „sezamowy" w kolo- rze bialym, ponizej na tle niebieskiego prostokata wyraz „michalek" w kolorze bialym i ponizej, równiez lukiem wyrazenie „z Siemianowic" w kolorze bialym. 2. tlo opakowania pokryte elementami graficznymi w formie róznej wielkosci kól w kolory- styce bialej i zlotej oraz elementu slownego „HANKA", którego litery sa napisane w sposób, jak gdyby byly wpisane w wycinek kola, napis w kolorze zlotym. Pozostale napisy i elementy graficzne sa elementami technicznymi opakowania i nie podlegaja zastrzezeniom. The new form of the design is evident in the color scheme and graphic layout. The packaging according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an unfolded view of the packaging. The essential features of the design are: 1. the color scheme of the packaging, the background of which is black, and in the central part, alternating word elements are placed cyclically in the form of the word Premium in gold, underlined by two lines, below it written in an arc in white, below it written in a blue rectangle the word "Michałek" in white, and below it, also in an arc, the word "z Siemianowic" in white. 2. the background of the packaging is covered with graphic elements in the form of circles of various sizes in white and gold colors and the word element "HANKA", the letters of which are written as if they were inscribed in a segment of a circle, the inscription in gold color. The remaining inscriptions and graphic elements are technical elements of the packaging and are not subject to any claims.
