Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdobne opakowanie papierosów elektronicznych „Rivienne for Woman" w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ukladzie graficznym, kolorystyce oraz rozmieszczeniu elementów graficznych i slownych na sciankach opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której: Fig. 1 – przedstawia widok przestrzenny opakowania papierosów elektronicznych, Fig. 2 – przedstawia widok opakowania papierosów elektronicznych w postaci rozlozonej, z naniesionymi zielonymi liniami zgiecia/wyciecia opakowania. Opakowanie papierosów elektronicznych ma postac prostopadloscianu, który sklada sie z na- stepujacych scian: frontowej, dwóch scian bocznych, górnej, dolnej oraz tylnej. Sciana frontowa oraz sciany boczne podzielone sa na trzy czesci: górna, dolna oraz srodkowa. Górna oraz dolna czesc sciany frontowej oraz scian bocznych, wypelnione sa ozdobnym motywem z kunsztownymi elemen- tami zdobniczymi, ukladajacymi sie w powtarzalny wzór. Ozdobny motyw utrzymany jest w kolorystyce bordowo-kremowej. Takim samym motywem wypelniona jest górna oraz dolna sciana opakowania papierosów elektronicznych. Srodkowa czesc sciany frontowej oraz scian bocznych wypelniona jest tlem w kolorze kremowym, harmonizujacym kolorystycznie z ozdobnym motywem. Na tle w kolorze kremowym w srodkowej czesci sciany frontowej oraz scian bocznych, w ozdobnej ramie w kolorystyce bordowo-kremowej znajduje sie symbol N° oraz cyfra 2. W srodkowej czesci sciany frontowej, pod jej górna czescia pokryta ozdobnym motywem, umieszczony jest napis: „Rivienne for Woman" wykonany charakterystyczna czcionka, umieszczony na tle w kolorze kremowym. Na scianie frontowej, z boku, znajduje sie wizerunek papierosa elektronicznego, którego elementy ozdobne maja kunsztowny cha- rakter i utrzymane sa w kolorystyce bordowo-kremowej. Na sciance tylnej opakowania papierosów elektronicznych znajduje sie napis „Rivienne for Woman", identyczny jak na sciance frontowej, a pod nim znajduje sie napis „PAPIEROS ELEKTRONICZNY". Pod tymi napisami znajduje sie czesc prze- znaczona na informacje o produkcie zawartym wewnatrz opakowania oraz o producencie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Opakowanie papierosów elektronicznych ma nastepujace cechy istotne: sciana frontowa oraz sciany boczne podzielone sa na trzy czesci: górna, dolna oraz srodkowa. Górna oraz dolna czesc sciany frontowej oraz scian bocznych, wypelnione sa ozdobnym motywem. Takim samym motywem wypelniona jest górna oraz dolna sciana opakowania papierosów elektronicznych. Srodkowa czesc sciany frontowej oraz scian bocznych wypelniona jest tlem, harmonizujacym kolorystycznie z ozdob- nym motywem. Na tle harmonizujacym kolorystycznie z ozdobnym motywem, w srodkowej czesci sciany frontowej oraz scian bocznych, w ozdobnej ramie, umieszczony jest symbol N° oraz cyfra. W srodkowej czesci sciany frontowej, pod jej górna czescia pokryta ozdobnym motywem, umieszczo- ny jest napis. The new form and original character of the industrial design are manifested in the graphic layout, colors and arrangement of graphic and word elements on the walls of the packaging. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – shows a three-dimensional view of the electronic cigarette packaging, Fig. 2 – shows an unfolded view of the electronic cigarette packaging, with green fold/cut lines marked on the packaging. The electronic cigarette packaging has the shape of a cuboid, which consists of the following walls: a front wall, two side walls, a top, a bottom and a back. The front wall and the side walls are divided into three parts: the top, the bottom and the middle. The upper and lower sections of the front and side walls are decorated with a decorative motif, featuring intricate decorative elements arranged in a repeating pattern. The decorative motif is in burgundy and cream. The same motif is used on the upper and lower sections of the e-cigarette package. The central sections of the front and side walls are decorated with a cream background, harmonizing in color with the decorative motif. The N° symbol and the number 2 are placed against a cream background in the central section of the front and side walls, within a decorative burgundy and cream frame. In the central section of the front wall, beneath the upper section covered with the decorative motif, is the inscription: "Rivienne for Woman" in a distinctive font, placed against a cream background. On the side of the front panel, there is an image of an electronic cigarette, whose decorative elements are ornate and decorated in burgundy and cream. On the back panel of the electronic cigarette package is the inscription "Rivienne for Woman," identical to the one on the front panel, and below it is the inscription "ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE." Below these inscriptions is a section intended for information about the product contained within the package and about the manufacturer. Essential features of an industrial design. The electronic cigarette package has the following essential features: the front panel and side panels are divided into three sections: top, bottom, and middle. The top and bottom sections of the front panel and side panels are filled with a decorative motif. The same motif is used on the top and bottom panels of the electronic cigarette package. The central part of the front wall and side walls is filled with a background that harmonizes in color with the decorative motif. Against a background that harmonizes in color with the decorative motif, the symbol N° and the number are placed in a decorative frame in the central part of the front wall and side walls. An inscription is placed in the central part of the front wall, under its upper part covered with a decorative motif. On the side of the front wall, an image of an electronic cigarette is visible.
