Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, przezna- czone dla wyrobów cukierniczych, zwlaszcza cukierków. Postac wzoru przejawia sie w ukladzie gra- ficznym i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok opakowania. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest jego ksztalt i uklad graficzny charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze opakowanie ma forme prostopadlosciennego pudelka, na powierzchni którego, na niebieskim tle umieszczone sa elementy graficzne w postaci cieniowanych pasm w kolorze niebieskim, a krawedzie pudelka sa w kolorze srebrnym. Kolejne cechy istotne wzoru to elementy graficzne umieszczone na opakowaniu, w tym na gór- nej podstawie, w górnej czesci umieszczony jest centralnie napis HANKA pisany jakby w okregu, w dolnej czesci umieszczone sa centralnie narysowana szarfa w kolorze czerwonym z napisem w kolorze bialym Niezapomniany smak orzechów i czekolady, ponizej napis ORYGINALNE a ponizej umieszczony jest napis „MICHALKI z Siemianowic" w kolorze czarnym na tle prostokata w kolorze srebrnym z wciagnietymi dluzszymi bokami zakonczonym czerwonymi koncami, ponizej umieszczony jest rysunek trzech czekoladek o ksztalcie prostopadlosciennym, gdzie dwie sa zawiniete w srebrna folie z naniesionymi elementami graficznymi, w tym na tle zielono-niebieskiego kola naniesiony napis Michalki z Siemianowic, natomiast trzecia czekoladka jest narysowana w przekroju w kolorze brazo- wym z widocznymi kawalkami jasnozóltych orzechów oraz na pierwszym planie tego elementu gra- ficznego, przed czekoladkami, umieszczone sa 3 orzechy arachidowe, na bocznej sciance przedniej powtórzony jest rysunek oraz dodany w prawym dolnym rogu napis „masa netto: 2 kg". Na lewej bocznej sciance powtórzona jest czerwona szarfa oraz rysunek trzech czekoladek o ksztalcie prostopadlosciennym oraz w prawym dolnym rogu tej scianki napis „masa netto: 2 kg". The design's appearance is manifested in its graphic layout and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the packaging. A significant feature of the industrial design is its shape and graphic layout, characterized by the fact that the packaging is in the form of a cuboid box, on the surface of which, on a blue background, graphic elements in the form of shaded blue bands are placed, and the edges of the box are silver. Other important features of the design are the graphic elements placed on the packaging, including on the upper base, in the upper part there is a centrally placed inscription HANKA written as if in a circle, in the lower part there is a centrally placed red ribbon with a white inscription "Niezapominanie smak nutów i czekolady" (Unforgettable taste of nuts and chocolate), below there is the inscription ORYGINALNE (ORIGINAL) and below there is the inscription "MICHALKI z Siemianowic" (MICHALKI z Siemianowic) in black on the background of a silver rectangle with drawn-in longer sides ending with red ends, below there is a drawing of three cuboid-shaped chocolates, two of which are wrapped in silver foil with applied graphic elements, including the inscription "Michalki z Siemianowic" (Michalki z Siemianowic) on the background of a green and blue circle, while the third chocolate is drawn in cross-section in brown with visible pieces of light yellow nuts and in the foreground of this graphic element, in front of chocolates, 3 peanuts are placed, on the front side wall the drawing is repeated and the inscription "net weight: 2 kg" is added in the lower right corner. On the left side wall the red ribbon is repeated and the drawing of three cuboid chocolates is added and in the lower right corner of this wall the inscription "net weight: 2 kg" is added.
