Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania przeznaczona do pakowania wyrobów spozywczych, w szczególnosci wafli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, barwie i kompozycji graficznej, nadajaca etykiecie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na Fig. 1 pokazano opakowanie w formie niezlozonej planszy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze u góry przedniej strony znajduje sie czerwony pól-owal z bialym napisem „Witpol", ponizej umieszczony jest rysunek przypominajacy liscie oraz napis: „Wafle ryzowe naturalne". 2. Scianka tylna opakowania posiada przy lewej krawedzi znak skladajacy sie z zielonego kola, zawartego w okregu, z brazowymi klosami i napisem: „zródlo blonnika". 3. Na sciance bocznej umieszczony jest fantazyjny rysunek przypominajacy liscie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the arrangement of lines, colour and graphic composition, giving the label a specific and original appearance. The industrial design is intended to be reproduced in industrial production. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the packaging in the form of an unfolded board. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The packaging according to the design is characterised by the fact that at the top of the front side there is a red semi-oval with a white inscription "Witpol", below there is a drawing resembling leaves and the inscription: "Natural rice wafers". 2. The rear wall of the packaging has a symbol on the left edge consisting of a green circle within a circle, with brown ears of corn and the inscription: "source of fiber". 3. On the side wall there is a fanciful drawing resembling leaves.
