Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wytworu jest wzór przemyslowy na opakowanie kartonowe przeznaczone do pako- wania nasion rolniczych o gramaturze od 0,4 kg do 5 kg. Wzór ten wystepuje w czterech odmianach. Opakowanie jest sporzadzone w ksztalcie szescianu, którego frontowe i tylne poziome boki scian sa dluzsze od boków scian pionowych. Cecha wzoru jest raczka wykonana z kartonu znajdujaca sie na szczycie opakowania. Cecha wspólna wszystkich zgloszonych odmian wzoru jest czarny kolor raczki, górnej sciany kartonu oraz górnych czesci bocznych scian. Czarny kolor górnych bocznych scian ustepuje u dolu odpowiednio innym kolorom w zaleznosci od odmiany wzoru: kolorowi czerwonemu (fig. 1), zielonemu (fig. 2), zóltemu (fig. 3) lub ciemno zielonemu (fig. 4). Zastosowanie takiej kolorystyki nadaje wytworo- wi elegancje i sprawia wrazenie, ze nasiona w nie zapakowane sa wysokiej jakosci. W czesci górnej i dolnej na bocznej scianie frontowej opakowania, zawarte sa oznaczenia marki i abstrakcyjnej nazwy nasion. Na srodku frontowej sciany bocznej znajduje sie miejsce na dowolne zdjecie. Zadne konkretne zdjecie nie ma cechy wyrózniajacej wzór dlatego, nie jest ono przedstawio- ne do niniejszego wniosku. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest: podluzny ksztalt opakowania, raczka kartonowa umiejscowiona na górnej scianie (dachu) opakowania, front z miejscem na zdjecie oraz czarny kolor w górnych partiach opakowania, który stopniowo ustepuje ku dolowi innym kolorom. This design is available in four varieties. The package is made in the shape of a cube, the front and rear horizontal sides of which are longer than the sides of the vertical walls. A feature of the design is a handle made of cardboard located on the top of the package. A common feature of all the submitted design varieties is the black colour of the handle, the top wall of the cardboard and the top parts of the side walls. The black colour of the top side walls gives way to other colours at the bottom, depending on the design variety: red (fig. 1), green (fig. 2), yellow (fig. 3) or dark green (fig. 4). The use of such colours gives the product elegance and gives the impression that the seeds packed in it are of high quality. The upper and lower parts of the side front wall of the packaging contain the brand markings and the abstract name of the seeds. In the middle of the front side wall there is a place for any photo. No specific photo has a distinguishing feature of the design, therefore it is not presented for this application. The essential features of the industrial design are: the elongated shape of the packaging, the cardboard handle located on the upper wall (roof) of the packaging, the front with a place for the photo and the black colour in the upper parts of the packaging, which gradually gives way to other colours towards the bottom.
