Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowania nadana mu przez cechy ksztaltu i szate graficzna jego wierzchniej strony. Opakowanie stanowi prostokatna torebka foliowa ze zgrzewana górna i dolna krawedzia. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Opakowanie wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie we wszystkich swoich odmianach zgrzewanymi krawedziami ze wzdluznymi rowkami oraz szata graficzna wierzchniej strony opakowania zawierajaca u góry znak graficzny „Fit&Easy" z dopiskiem „polubisz za wartosc" umieszczonych na tle grafiki pól uprawnych. Dolna czesc wierzchniej strony opakowania jest przezroczysta, przez co zywnosc umieszczona wewnatrz jest widoczna. Znajdujaca sie wewnatrz zywnosc nie wchodzi w sklad wzoru. The essence of the design is the new form of the packaging, given to it by the features of its shape and the graphic design of its top side. The packaging is a rectangular foil bag with heat-sealed top and bottom edges. Essential features of the industrial design: The packaging according to the design is distinguished in all its varieties by heat-sealed edges with longitudinal grooves and the graphic design of the top side of the packaging containing the graphic "Fit&Easy" at the top with the inscription "połusz za wartosc" placed against a background of agricultural fields. Below are inscriptions with the names of the packaged food products and information about them, and on the right side is an image of a basket of agricultural products. The lower part of the top of the packaging is transparent, allowing the food inside to be visible. The food inside is not part of the design. Moreover, the first design variant shown in Fig. 1 is distinguished by the dark purple color of the upper part of the outer side of the packaging, the second design variant shown in Fig. 2 is distinguished by the dark green color, the third design variant shown in Fig. 3 – by the orange color, the fourth design variant shown in Fig. 4 – by the red color, the fifth design variant shown in Fig. 5 – by the navy blue-violet color, the sixth design variant shown in Fig. 6 – by the burgundy-pink color, the seventh design variant shown in Fig. 7 – by the green color, the eighth design variant shown in Fig. 8 – by the burgundy-red color, the ninth design variant shown in Fig. 9 – by the navy blue color, and the tenth design variant shown in Fig. 10 – in white.
