The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, highlander motifs, distinctive colors, and graphic layout. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration in a top view of the "m MLEKOVITA Zakopianskie Specjaly – Przysmak Góralski" cheese packaging. Essential features of the industrial design The new form of packaging, in accordance with the industrial design, has the shape of a rectangular tray with a gold-colored collar turned outward. Inside the tray are round, light brown cheese balls vacuum-packed in transparent foil. On the outside, in the central part of the packaging, there is a label with a green background. At the top is the logo of the "m MLEKOVITA" Cooperative, protected by the protection right R-084193. Below is the second word-and-graphic trademark "Zakopianskie Specjaly", protected by the protection right R-239541. And below that, the inscription "Przysmak Góralski" in gold. The whole constitutes an original word-and-graphic composition. The remaining general information inscriptions and graphic signs are technical elements of the packaging and do not constitute the essence of the industrial design.
