Opakowanie wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu, którego krótsze krawe- dzie zakonczone sa spawami, a opakowanie ma kolor odpowiednio czerwony, zielony, brazowy, zólty, niebieski i pomaranczowy, na tle którego, na szerokim ukosnym pasie koloru zielonego umieszczony jest napis GOLD CHIPS, w którym slowo GOLD ma kolor zólty, natomiast CHIPS – bialy, a ponizej, na tle figury zblizonej do prostokata w kolorze identycznym jak opakowanie, umieszczona jest informacja o smaku produktu spozywczego. Natomiast powyzej, z prawej strony umieszczone jest logo producen- ta: na cieniowanym, zóltym tle figury o nieregularnym, zblizonym do kropli ksztalcie, umieszczone jest wyrazenie napisane w dwóch wierszach w kolorze czarnym, skladajace sie z wyrazu „grupa" napisa- nego tekstem i liter „BGK" napisanych wersalikami. Ponizej tej kompozycji graficznej umieszczony jest rysunek kilku produktów oraz odpowiednio rysunek produktu, od którego pochodzi smak wyrobu. Cechami istotnymi opakowania wedlug wzoru jest: 1. kolorystyka i uklad graficzny, gdzie na tle odpowiednio barwnego opakowania, odpo- wiednio czerwonego, zielonego, brazowego, zóltego, niebieskiego i pomaranczowego, na tle szerokiego ukosnego pasa koloru zielonego umieszczony jest napis GOLD CHIPS, w którym slowo GOLD ma kolor zólty, natomiast CHIPS – bialy, 2. ponizej pasa w kolorze zielonym, na tle figury zblizonej do prostokata umieszczona jest informacja o smaku produktu spozywczego, przy czym tlo figury ma kolor identyczny jak kolor opakowania, 3. w górnej czesci ukosnego pasa, z prawej strony umieszczone jest logo producenta: na cieniowanym, zóltym tle figury o nieregularnym, zblizonym do kropli ksztalcie, umiesz- czone jest wyrazenie napisane w dwóch wierszach w kolorze czarnym, skladajace sie z wyrazu „grupa" napisanego tekstem i liter „BGK" napisanych wersalikami, 4. w dolnej czesci opakowania umieszczony jest rysunek kilku produktów oraz odpowied- nio rysunek produktu, od którego pochodzi smak wyrobu.PL 22019 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 22019 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is food packaging, the new form of which is manifested in the graphic layout and colours. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing in variants, in which: fig. 1 shows a rectangular view of the packaging of the food product GOLD CHIPS PAPRIPRILE FLAVOURED CHIPS; fig. 2 shows a rectangular view of the packaging of the food product GOLD CHIPS GREEN ONION FLAVOURED CHIPS; fig. 3 shows a rectangular view of the packaging of the food product GOLD CHIPS CHILI FLAVOURED CHIPS; fig. 4 shows a rectangular view of the packaging of the food product GOLD CHIPS HONEY AND MUSTARD FLAVOURED CHIPS; fig. 5 shows a rectangular view of the packaging of the food product GOLD CHIPS SALTED CHIPS; Figure 6 shows a rectangular view of the packaging for the food product GOLD CHIPS CHEESE AND ONION FLAVOR CHIPS. The packaging, according to the model, has a shape similar to a cuboid, the shorter edges of which are welded, and the packaging is colored red, green, brown, yellow, blue, and orange, respectively. Against this background, on a wide diagonal green stripe, is the inscription GOLD CHIPS, in which the word GOLD is yellow and CHIPS is white. Below, against a background of a figure similar to a rectangle in the same color as the packaging, is information about the flavor of the food product. Above, on the right, is the manufacturer's logo: on a shaded, yellow background of an irregular, drop-shaped figure, there is an expression written in two lines in black, consisting of the word "grupa" written in text and the letters "BGK" written in capital letters. Below this graphic composition is a drawing of several products and, respectively, a drawing of the product from which the product's flavor comes.
