Tlo zdjecia ma kolor jasnobezowy, a zdjecie kobiety ma kolor bezowo brazowy, natomiast strój bikini i centymetr krawiecki maja kolor bialy. Na tle tej sylwetki jest napis „utrzymanie wagi" o zielonym kolorze liter z biala obwódka. W poblizu górnego lewego naroza jest napis „Suplement diety" o bialym kolorze liter.Prawa czesc etykiety ma cieniowany kolor zielony i posiada napisy w górnej czesci: „ wyciagi z ziól, chrom, 1-kamityna; witamina B3; wyjatkowy zestaw dla smuklej sylwetki" - o bialym kolorze liter. W poblizu dolnego obrzeza etykiety jest napis: „ Smukla sylwetka" oraz napis: „faza 3 - utrzymanie wagi" o zielonym kolorze liter, przy czym pierwsza litera „S" napisu „Smukla" ma tlo w kolorze bezowym . Na Fig.2 uwidoczniona jest odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, gdzie na sylwetce kobiety przedstawionej na zdjeciu jest napis: ’’spalanie" o czerwonym kolorze liter z biala obwódka. Prawa czesc etykiety ma cieniowany kolor czerwony i posiada napisy w bialym kolorze liter: „ wyciagi z ziól; 1-kamityna; witamina B3; efekt termogeniczny; wyjatkowy zestaw dla smuklej sylwetki". Napis „Smukla sylwetka" ma czerwony kolor liter, a pierwsza litera „S" ma kolor bezowy. Pod tym napisem jest oznaczenie:,, faza 1-spalanie" o czerwonym kolorze liter. Na Fig.3 uwidoczniona jest druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, gdzie na sylwetce kobiety umieszczony jest napis; „oczyszczanie" o niebieskim kolorze liter z biala obwódka. Prawa czesc etykiety ma cieniowany kolor ciemnoniebieski i posiada napisy w bialym kolorze liter; ’’zielona herbata; wyciagi z ziól; 1-kamityna; wyjatkowy zestaw dla smuklej sylwetki". Napis „Smukla sylwetka" ma ciemno-niebieski kolor liter, a pierwsza litera 23 "S" ma jasnoniebieski kolor tla. Pod tym napisem jest oznaczenie; ’’faza 2- oczyszczanie" o ciemnoniebieskim kolorze liter. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs in a general view of the label, where: Fig. 1 shows the weight maintenance phase; Fig. 2 shows a variation of the design as the burning phase; Fig. 3 shows a second variation as the cleansing phase. Fig. 1 shows the packaging label, characterized by the fact that the label has a rectangular outline, optically divided into two parts, where the left part shows a photo of a woman in a bikini holding a measuring tape. The background of the photo is light beige, and the photo of the woman is beige and brown, while the bikini and measuring tape are white. Against the background of this silhouette is the inscription "weight maintenance" in green letters with a white border. Near the upper left corner is the inscription "Dietary supplement" in white letters. The right part of the label is shaded green and has the inscriptions at the top: "herbal extracts, chromium, l-carnitine; vitamin B3; a unique set for a slim figure" in white letters. Near the lower edge of the label is the inscription: "Slim silhouette" and the inscription: "phase 3 - weight maintenance" in green letters, with the first letter "S" of the inscription "Slim" having a beige background. The right part of the label is shaded dark blue and has inscriptions in white letters: "green tea; herbal extracts; 1-kamityna; unique set for a slim figure". The inscription "Slim figure" has dark blue letters, and the first letter "S" has a light blue background. Below this inscription is the designation "phase 2 - cleansing" with dark blue letters.
