The novelty and individual character of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, graphic layout and colours. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in the attached illustration of the label is that it is a field in the shape of a rectangle made of transparent foil, wherein: ? the width of the label is greater than its height; ? the upper part of the label is a horizontal decorative golden lace strip, below which there is a narrow horizontal strip with a uniform golden background, the height of which is 1/3 of the height of the entire label; ? the remaining 2/3 of the transparent foil label parts located below the horizontal decorative and uniform golden strip are divided vertically into three graphically arranged parts; above the central part of the lower surface of the label, against the background of a golden uniform horizontal strip, there is an inscription in dark brown block letters: Barwy Harmonii, the first letters "B" and "H" of which are in capital letters, the inscription Barwy Harmonii is a registered word trademark of the applicant; ? in the central, middle part of the label, under the inscription Barwy Harmonii, there is in its upper part a multi-level inscription: 3 w 1 BODY OIL in large, dominant dark brown fonts, and below it is the text: SUNNY PEACH NATURAL BURITI OIL SILKY TOUCH in medium-sized dark brown block letters; below the multi-level inscription there is a drawing in the shape of a seal with in the centre a stylised silhouette of a standing parrot surrounded by a circular ring in which the words in Polish and English are placed alternately: tradition from 1949, since 1949, all in white. The seal with the silhouette of the parrot is a legally protected verbal and graphic trademark of the applicant; ? under the seal with the parrot, at the bottom of the central middle part of the label there is a small dark brown rectangle with a drawing of a stylised parrot, made with a delicate white line, behind which there is an inscription in dark brown large block letters: BARWA, which constitute the logo and registered trademark of the applicant; in the left part of the label, under the golden stripe, there is a multilingual advertising and information text about the product, its effects, usefulness and advantages, as well as the composition of the product; ? the right part of the label consists of advertising and information inscriptions in Polish, under which the capacity of the package, the product barcode and full manufacturer's data are given; ? the advertising and information inscriptions are made in small dark brown print, and the barcode made in dark brown has a white background.
