Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz przez motywy zdobnicze, wyrózniajaca szate graficzna i game kolorystyczna produktu. Wzór przemyslowy obejmuje 10 odmian. Kazda z odmian obejmuje opakowanie opatrzone ety- kieta, pozwalajace w bezpieczny sposób przechowywac produkt. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym pokazano front opakowania w widoku ogólnym. We wszystkich odmianach wzoru przemyslowego, w górnej czesci etykiety opakowania znajduje sie czarny napis „Holments" umieszczony na jasnym tle zdobionym nieregularnym kolorowym orna- mentem, bezposrednio ponizej widnieje mniejszy napis „SUPLEMENT DIETY", napisany majuskula, w kolorze. W centralnej czesci opakowania widnieje nazwa suplementu diety w kolorze czarnym. W dolnej czesci opakowania opasane sa szeroka kolorowa wstega, na której znajduje sie poziomy pas podzie- lony na trzy segmenty, na których widnieja odpowiednio trzy ikony graficzne zawierajace informacje o produkcie, przy czym poziomy pas okalajacy opakowanie posiada zdobienie analogiczne, jak w górnej czesci etykiety (nieregularny ornament). The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, distinguishing the product's graphic design and color range. The industrial design includes 10 varieties. Each variety includes packaging with a label, allowing for safe storage of the product. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a general view of the front of the packaging. In all varieties of the industrial design, the upper part of the label features the black inscription "Holments" placed on a light background decorated with an irregular colored ornament. Immediately below is the smaller inscription "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT" written in capital letters and in color. The name of the dietary supplement appears in black in the central part of the packaging. The lower part of the packaging is bordered by a wide, colorful ribbon, which features a horizontal band divided into three segments, each featuring three graphic icons containing product information. The horizontal band surrounding the packaging features a decoration similar to the one in the upper part of the label (irregular ornament).
