Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. The design covers the bottle in seven varieties, with the varieties differing in decoration, label color, and fill color. According to the industrial design, the bottle is manufactured industrially or by hand from glass. It can also be made from plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general front view of the bottle, variant 1; Fig. 2 shows a general front view of the bottle, variant 2; Fig. 3 shows a front view of the bottle, variant 3; Fig. 4 shows a front view of the bottle, variant 4; Fig. 5 shows a front view of the bottle, variant 5; and Fig. 6 shows a front view of the bottle, variant 6. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of industrial design variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include that the fruit syrup bottle is shaped like a cylinder, terminating at the bottom in a circumferential convexity, widening the bottle's diameter. In the upper part, the cylinder merges into a truncated cone and then into a circular neck. The bottle is topped with a red and white checkered cap with frayed edges, secured with an elastic band. The cylindrical portion of the bottle features a label on the front. The upper edge of the label is irregularly shaped. The label is outlined with a yellow contour line along the edge. At the top, in the center, on the protruding part of the label, a verbal and graphic motif is placed. This motif consists of a square with an inscribed image of rose petals. On the sides are white inscriptions, distinguished by a stylized font. The center of the label is occupied by an image of a bunch of ripe chokeberries with leaves. Below the image of the fruit, and overlapping the image of the fruit, extend informational text composed of stylized letters and a sign with informational text. The letters and sign with the inscriptions are yellow. The bottle is fitted with a red-and-white checkered cap with frayed edges, secured with an elastic band. The cylindrical section, at the front, features a label.
