Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie jednostkowe wyrobów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 pokazuje butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu i z boku, natomiast fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku ogólnym z boku ale po przeciwnej stronie i od frontu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonych fotografiach, nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka ma ksztalt wydluzonej bryly, zblizonej do prostopadloscianu o scietych narozach. Na bocznych sciankach czesci zbiornikowej butelki jest umieszczony stylizowany, wypukly napis utworzony poprzez nadlew materialu. Górna krawedz przedniej i tylnej scianki jest wyprofilowana lukowo. Boczne scianki butelki przechodza u góry w nachylone ukosnie scianki, zbiezne ku rozmieszczonej posrodku szyjce. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. According to the industrial design, the bottle is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general view from the front and side, while Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a general view from the side, but from the opposite side and front. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached photographs include the bottle's shape as an elongated block, similar to a cuboid with truncated corners. The side walls of the bottle's reservoir section feature a stylized, convex inscription created by a material overflow. The upper edges of the front and rear walls are arched. The bottle's side walls merge at the top into diagonally inclined walls, converging towards the centrally positioned neck.
