Najwyzsze pasmo wzgórz posiada kolor brzoskwiniowo-pomaranczowy, najwyzsza górna czesc tla jest w kolorze kremowo-zóltawym. W górnej, czolowej czesci etykiety na kremowo- -zóltawym tle umieszczona je nazwa serii kosmetyku skladajaca sie z wyrazów: BARWA siarkowa, które sa zastrzezonym w Urzedzie Patentowym RP znakiem towarowym nr 281173 zglaszajacego. Wyraz: „BARWA" wykonany jest duzymi drukowanymi wersalikami w kolorze turkusowym. Usytuowany ponizej wyraz: „siarkowa" wykonany jest stylizowanym pismem odrecznym, ukosnie prawo w góre literami w kolorze czarnym z jasnopopielatym obrysem, przy czym wierzcholki liter wyrazu siarkowe zachodza na dolne czesci liter wyrazu BARWA. U góry z prawej strony wyrazu siarkowe umieszczona jest w kole litera „R" informujaca o zastrzezonym znaku towarowym. Pod nazwa serii: BARWA siarkowa, kazdej odmiany etykiety znajduje sie napis podajacy nazwe rodzaju produktu znajdujacego sie w opakowaniu, a pod nim umieszczona jest ramka z tekstem okreslajacym jego rodzaj i przeznaczenie. U dolu czolowej czesci etykiety znajduje sie logo producenta w kolorze bialym. Wszystko na tle perspektywicznej panoramy wzgórz z lezacym u ich podstawy lasem. Natomiast w swej tylnej czesci, wszystkie odmiany etykiety o identycznym tle jak czesc czolowa, posiadaja umieszczone od góry jedna pod druga pomaranczowe poziome prostokatne ramki, z piktogramami w górnych rogach. W ramkach znajduja sie niezbedne i wymagane informacje o produkcie wykonane drobna czarna czcionka. Pod ramkami z tekstem informacyjnym od lewej jest pelna informacja o producencie, a dalej podana jest pojemnosc opakowania i kod kreskowy produktu z haslem reklamowym u góry. Informacje o producencie, pojemnosc opakowania i tlo kodu sa w kolorze bialym, kod kreskowy jest czarny a litery hasla reklamowanego sa zólto-pomaranczowe. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony na Fig. 1 ma na swej czolowej prostokatnej czesci napis nazwy serii produktu: „BARWA siarkowa", pod która jest okreslenie rodzaju produktu zawartego w opakowaniu w ksztalcie butelki: „MYDLO SIARKOWE" wykonane duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze zólto-pomaranczowym. The new form and original, unique character of the industrial design are manifested in its graphic layout, colors, and the arrangement of word elements against the label's distinctive background. The label according to the industrial design in variations is presented in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – shows a label intended for placement on packaging in the shape of a bottle with a dispenser containing skincare sulfur soap; Fig. 2 – shows a label intended for placement on packaging in the shape of a tube containing skincare sulfur gel; Fig. 3 – shows a label intended for placement on packaging in the form of a tube containing exfoliating sulfur gel; Fig. 4 – illustrates a label intended for a cylindrical container containing a sulfur skincare tonic. Each label, based on an industrial design, has a rectangular area with a clear, rectangular division into a front section, which contains the product name and type, as well as a description of its intended use, and a back section containing essential and required information about the product and its manufacturer. Each label version's front and back background depicts a panoramic view of hills, with a dark brown coniferous or tropical tree pattern at the base, while the hills above are various shades of orange. The highest range of hills is peach-orange, while the uppermost part of the background is creamy-yellow. In the upper, frontal part of the label, on a creamy-yellowish background, there is the name of the cosmetic series, consisting of the words: BARWA siarkowa, which are registered trademark No. 281173 of the applicant in the Polish Patent Office. The word: "BARWA" is written in large, turquoise capital letters. Below, the word: "siarkowa" is written in stylized handwriting, diagonally upwards to the right in black letters with a light gray outline, with the tops of the letters of the word siarkowe overlapping the bottoms of the letters of the word BARWA. At the top right of the word siarkowe, the letter "R" is placed in a circle, informing about the registered trademark. Under the series name: BARWA sulphukowa (Sulfur Color), each label variant features an inscription specifying the type of product contained within the packaging, and below it is a frame with text specifying its type and intended use. At the bottom of the front of the label is the manufacturer's logo in white, set against a backdrop of a panoramic view of hills with a forest at their base. Meanwhile, on the back of the label, all variants, with the same background as the front, feature horizontal orange rectangular frames arranged one below the other, with pictograms in the upper corners. These frames contain essential and required product information in small black font. Below the frames with informational text, from the left, is full manufacturer information, followed by the package capacity and the product's barcode with the advertising slogan at the top. Information about the manufacturer, packaging capacity, and the code background are in white, the barcode is black, and the letters of the advertised slogan are yellow and orange. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has on its front rectangular part the inscription of the product series name: "BARWA sulfurkowa," below which is the type of product contained in the bottle-shaped packaging: "DLO SULPHUROWE" in large, block letters in yellow and orange. Below the product type is the inscription: ANTICRED CARE, consisting of large, block letters in black, and below it is an orange frame with a yellow background, with the inscription: CALM DOWN, WE CARE! at the top in large, black letters, and below that is information about the type and purpose of the product. Beneath the frame is the inscription in large white letters: SULPHUR SOAP ANTI – ACNE CARE. At the bottom of the label is the manufacturer's logo in white. All the inscriptions are set against a perspective, panoramic view of hills in various shades of brown, orange, and creamy yellow. At the base of the hills is a view of a coniferous forest. The back of the rectangular label shown in Fig. 1, with a background similar to the front, features horizontal orange frames arranged one above the other, with a peach-orange background. These frames contain essential and required information about the product in several languages, including its intended use, properties, directions for use, and ingredients. In the upper corners of the horizontal frames, pictograms in orange circles are placed: a series name, a question mark, a watch face, and a list of ingredients. At the bottom of the back of the label, from left to right, you can find: full manufacturer information, package capacity, and the product barcode with the advertising slogan. The second label variant shown in Fig. 2 has on its front rectangular part, below the product series name, the designation of the product type contained in the tube-shaped packaging: "SULPHUR GEL" in large, block letters in navy blue. Under the frame with information about the product's intended use, there is the inscription: SULPHUR GEL ANTI – ACNE CARE in large, block letters in white. All the inscriptions are set against a background of hills with a tropical forest. The third label variant shown in Fig. 3 has on its front rectangular part, below the product series name, the designation of the product type contained in the tube-shaped packaging: "3-in-1 PEELING GEL" in large, block letters and numbers in red. Under the frame with the information text is the inscription: 3IN1 SCRUB GEL ANTI – ACNE CARE, consisting of white numbers and letters. The orange hill background is based on a view of a coniferous forest. The fourth label variant shown in Fig. 4 has on its front rectangular part, below the inscription with the product series name, the designation of the type of product contained in the cylindrical container packaging: "SULFUR TONER" in large, sea-green block font. Under the frame with the information text is the inscription: SULPHUR FACE TONER ANTI – ACNE CARE in large, white letters. The orange hill background is based on a view of a coniferous forest.
