The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of packaging intended for a bar of specialist prebiotic soap, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, as well as inscriptions and graphics and the colours of the outer surfaces of the packaging. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration showing the packaging in an unfolded view from above. The packaging for a bar of specialist prebiotic soap according to the industrial design is characterised by the fact that it has the form of a cuboid, all of whose walls are rectangles. The packaging in the unfolded state is a display front wall and adjacent side walls as well as a back wall and also adjacent to the shorter sides of the front wall, top and bottom walls. Individual elements of the packaging and protrusions are separated from each other by bending lines. The front display wall of the packaging and the adjacent side walls, top and bottom walls have an external background presenting a colour palette of a mixture of very saturated colours in shades of blue, turquoise, gold, green and black. The rear wall of the packaging, on the other hand, has an external surface in white. On the multicoloured background of the front display wall of the packaging, a white rectangle is placed vertically with horizontally placed inscriptions and graphics. The vertical rectangle is surrounded by a frame made of lines of white dots. At the top of the rectangle there is an inscription giving the name of the product in the package in English: "PREBIOTIC SOAP" in medium-sized printed black capital letters. The inscription is underlined by a line of black dots. Below the dotted horizontal line there is a three-level name of the product: PREBIOTIC SOAP. Printed in large-sized capital letters, constituting a dominant element of the display front wall of the package. Under the product name in two vertical rows there are two-level inscriptions separated by a plus sign: NATURAL OIL + AVOCADO PREBIOTIC underlined by a horizontal line of black dots. At the very bottom, under the white vertical rectangle of the front display wall of the packaging, there is a horizontal black rectangle in which there is the applicant's logo, which is a registered verbal and graphic trademark consisting of a drawing imitating a parrot's head and the inscription COSMETICS in two lines in white. On the left side wall of the packaging, on a multi-coloured background, there is a vertical rectangle with a black background with inscriptions in Polish and English, made in small, block white letters, informing about the advantages and benefits of using the product. The right side of the packaging also has a black vertical rectangle on a multi-coloured background, containing information in small white print in Polish and English about the method of using the product and its advantages as well as research. Below the information text on the left side is information with full manufacturer data and the origin of the product, and on the right side is the vertical capacity of the packaging. At the very bottom of the right side wall of the packaging, a black barcode for the product is located in a white rectangle, on the upper right side of which there is a drawing of two drops. The upper side of the packaging has a black horizontal rectangle on a multi-coloured background, surrounded by a frame, in which there are inscriptions, one below the other, stating in English the name of the product, its contents and advantages, made in different sizes and types of black print. On the bottom wall under the Barwa logo there is also a white horizontal rectangle surrounded by a dotted white frame, in which there is information in Polish and English about the product's shelf life, made in small black font. The back wall of the packaging with a uniform white background has inscriptions in Polish and English on a black frame of the horizontal rectangle, separated by a short horizontal bold black line, providing information about the purpose of the product, its advantages and benefits of use, as well as its care ingredients. Under the black frame surrounding the white vertical rectangle, at the very bottom of the back wall of the packaging, there is a horizontal rectangle with a black background, in which the full composition of the product in the packaging is given in white print.
