The originality and essence of the set of labels constituting the subject industrial design lies in their colors, graphic elements, as well as the verbal arrangement and drawings. The subject of the industrial design, being a set of labels, is shown in the attached illustrative materials, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variation from the set, a general view of the labels, intended for packaging in the form of a bottle with a dispenser containing hand cream; Fig. 2 – shows the second variation from the set, a general view of the labels intended for packaging in the form of a bottle with a dispenser containing shower oil; Fig. 3 – shows the third variation from the set, a general view of the labels intended for packaging in the form of a jar containing body scrub; Fig. 4 shows the fourth variant from the set, a general view of labels intended for packaging in the form of a jar containing cosmetic body butter; Fig. 5 shows the seventh variant from the set, a label in the form of a wrapper intended for packaging a bar of body soap. All labels from the set that are the subject of the industrial design are rectangular in shape and come in various shades and tones of brown. Each variant from the set of labels has a uniform light brown background, on which the graphic and word elements are mostly also a natural, medium, or darker shade of brown than the background. On the light brown background of each label from the set, an ornament patterned after folk lace, embroidery, or cutouts is placed horizontally. The ornament is in a medium brown, a darker shade than the light brown background of each label. The central, display part of each label set contains inscriptions identifying the product contained in the package, for which the individual label is intended. At the top of the central, display part of each label from the set that is the subject of the industrial design, there is an inscription specifying the name of the product series contained in the package, which consists of the words: Barwy Harmonii with the letter "R" in a circle, informing that this is a registered trademark in the Polish Patent Office, trademark number R. 275635, under which are the words Mystic Almond in English. The inscriptions specifying the name of the product series: Barwy Harmonii and Mystic Almond are printed in medium-sized font in a distinct, dark brown color. Beneath the product series name is a narrow horizontal rectangle composed of white lines forming a frame containing an inscription in white, all-caps font, informing about the intended use and type of product contained within the packaging. A common line tangentially adjoins the right side of the narrow rectangle with the inscription informing about the product's intended use. A graphic element imitating a seal is located on the right side of the narrow rectangle, imitating a seal. The seal and inscriptions are centered on a white background with a stylized parrot head surrounded by a ring with an inscription detailing the manufacturer's long history. The seal and inscriptions are white on a medium brown background. At the bottom of the central, display section of each label in the set is the manufacturer's logo, consisting of a stylized parrot head and, to the right of the word "color," the word "COSMETICS" written in small, all-caps font, below which is the word "COSMETICS" in small, all-caps font. The manufacturer's logo is dark brown and is registered trademark R.302835 in the Polish Patent Office. To the left and right of the central, display portion of each label from the set constituting the subject of the industrial design, required, essential, and useful information about the product contained in the labeled packaging, its origin, and manufacturer is placed in white, rectangular frames with a natural medium brown background, in various sizes using white typefaces. In the first variant, the label intended for a dispenser bottle containing hand cream, shown in the attached informational material in Fig. 1, is a horizontally elongated, wide rectangle with a light brown background. PL 26757 3 On the light brown background of the label, there is a horizontal ornament running down its center, separated from the top and bottom walls of the rectangle. The ornament has a pattern similar to folk cutouts, lace, and embroidery and is in a natural medium brown color. On the light brown background and the medium brown ornament on it, in the central, display part of the label, there are inscriptions from above: Barwy Harmonii with the letter "R" informing about the applicant's trademark R.275635, and below: Mystic Almond, which is a fanciful term in English. The inscriptions: Barwy Harmonii and Mystic Almond, written in medium-sized printing font in a distinctly dark brown color, are the name of the applicant's product series. Below the product series names: Barwy Harmonii and Mystic Almond, a narrow, elongated rectangle is placed horizontally, forming a frame in white lines, containing an inscription specifying the product's intended use, written in smaller, white capital letters and in English: NOURISHING HAND CREAM. Adjacent to the right side of the narrow, horizontal rectangle, containing the inscription specifying the intended use of the product in the packaging, is a drawing imitating a round seal, with a graphically stylized parrot's head surrounded by a ring containing text alternating between the words "tradition since 1949" and "since 1949" in small print in Polish and English. The drawing imitating the seal and the text within the ring are in white. At the bottom of the central, display part of the label, is the applicant's logo, consisting of a graphically stylized parrot head, the word "barwa," and the word "COSMETICS" placed underneath. The applicant's logo is registered trademark R.302835. On the left and right sides of the central, display part of the label, essential, useful, and required information about the product and its manufacturer is placed in vertical rectangular frames, made with a white line on a medium natural brown background. The left side also includes instructions for use, while the right side provides the product's composition, origin, manufacturer's details, package capacity, and product barcode. The information text is in various sizes and printed in regular white font. The product code is black and placed in a rectangle on a white background. The second variant in the set, a label designed for a shower oil bottle with a dispenser, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 2, also has the shape of a horizontally elongated, wide rectangle with a light brown background, overlaid with a darker brown ornament. The central, display area displays the name of the applicant's product series and the manufacturer's logo at the bottom. Below the product series name and above the manufacturer's logo at the bottom, a narrow horizontal rectangle contains an inscription specifying the intended use of the product contained in the package in English: NATURAL SHOWER OIL. Also to the left and right of the central, display area of the label with the product series name is required, necessary, and useful information about the product and the manufacturer. The third label variant from the set, designed for a jar-shaped packaging containing a body scrub, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 3, is shaped like a horizontally elongated narrow rectangle, the vertical sides of which are several times shorter than the horizontal sides. It also has a light brown background with an overlaid ornament in a darker brown color. The central, display area of the label includes the name of the applicant's product series and the manufacturer's logo at the bottom. Below the product series name and above the manufacturer's logo at the bottom, a narrow horizontal rectangle inscribes the intended use of the product contained within, in English: SUGAR SCRUB. Also on the left and right sides of the central, display area of the label with the product series name is required, necessary, and useful information about the product and its manufacturer. The fourth variant in the set, a label intended for a jar-shaped packaging containing cosmetic body butter, shown in the illustrative material presented as Fig. 4, has the shape of a horizontal, elongated, narrow rectangle, the vertical sides of which are several times shorter than the horizontal sides, which also has a light brown background with an overlaid ornament in a darker brown color than the background, on which the name of the PL 26757 4 series of the applicant's product is placed in its central, display part, as well as the manufacturer's logo at the bottom. Below the name of the product series and above the manufacturer's logo at the bottom, in a narrow, horizontal rectangle, there is an inscription specifying the intended use of the product contained in the package in English: BODY BUTTER. Also on the left and right sides of the central, display portion of the label with the product series name are required, essential, and useful information about the product and manufacturer. The fifth variant in the set, a wrapper label for a soap bar, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 5, has, when unfolded and viewed from above, a vertically elongated rectangle with a light brown background. The center of the rectangle is the front wall of the label, its upper part is the side and back wall of the label, and the lower part is the other side wall. In the central, display portion of the label, as well as in its upper and lower parts, there is a horizontal ornament in a darker brown than the background, on which the product series name is placed, and at the bottom, in the central part, the manufacturer's logo. Under the product series name, in a horizontal, elongated rectangle with white frames, is an inscription in English identifying the product contained in the packaging: SHEA BUTTER SOAP. The top and bottom, as well as the back of the label, beneath the ornamental band with the series name and the product type contained in the packaging, also contain required, useful, and essential information about the product and its manufacturer, printed in various sizes in dark brown fonts. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: A set of cosmetic product packaging labels based on the industrial design is characterized by the following essential features: ? The labels are rectangular in shape and come in various shades and tones of brown; ? The background of the labels is a uniform light brown, and the graphic and verbal elements on it are darker than the background brown; ? Along the central part of the label, there is a horizontal band of ornament in a shade of brown darker than the background, patterned after folk cutouts, embroidery, and lace; In the central part of the label, on a light brown background with a darker ornament, are the name of the product series: Barwy Harmonia (Bars of Harmony) at the top and Mystic Almond (below), and at the bottom is the applicant's logo, in dark brown; Between the name of the product series and the applicant's logo, there is a narrow horizontal rectangle made with white lines forming a frame, within which is placed the description of the product contained in the packaging, written in capital letters, white font, with a stylized seal tangentially adjacent to the right side of the rectangle with a graphic drawing of a parrot's head surrounded by a ring, which specifies the year of the applicant's tradition; The sides of the label contain useful, required, and essential information about the product and its manufacturer, printed in various sizes of white and brown fonts on a medium, light brown background.
