The essence of the novelty and originality of the label constituting the industrial design in all its variants is its new form, manifested by the surface colors, graphic elements, and the arrangement of word elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration in a general view, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the label intended for packaging containing liquid soap; Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the label intended for packaging of regenerating shampoo; Fig. 3 shows the third variant of the label for packaging containing regenerating conditioner; Fig. 4 shows the fourth variant of the label for packaging containing regenerating tonic; Fig. 5 – shows the fifth variation of the label intended for packaging containing makeup remover; Fig. 6 – shows the sixth variation of the label intended for and constituting packaging for a bar of soap. The label, according to the industrial design and its variations, is rectangular in shape with a uniform dark green background and has a display section containing inscriptions and graphics presenting the product and its purpose, as well as an information section providing necessary and useful information about the product contained in the packaging and its manufacturer. Each display section of the individual label variations has an inscription at the top, which is the name of the applicant's product series, consisting of the words: "Barwa naturalna" placed one below the other, with the word Barwa in larger font. Below the series name is a description of the package contents, between which is a distinct, dominant word: "Avocado" located in the upper part of the display label, written in decorative handwritten calligraphy and running diagonally upwards to the right. In the lower part of the display label are circular pictograms identifying the product, and below them is the manufacturer's logo. To the left and right of the inscriptions promoting and presenting the product, on the dark green background of the display part of the label, there are fancifully scattered drawings and sketches of avocados, their leaves and vessels, with the drawings of avocados shown in cross-section in olive green and creamy brown. All inscriptions, sketches, and graphic elements on the display part of the label and its varieties are in white. The information section of the label features the product name at the top, below which, on the right side, is the handwritten calligraphic word "Avocado" running upwards to the right in olive green. Below the product name are circular pictograms with an olive green background and a dotted border, below which are detailed information about the product contained in the packaging. Below the pictograms, on the left side, is a decorative circle with the manufacturer's logo in the center and advertising text surrounding it. To the right and below the decorative circle with the manufacturer's logo are the necessary and required information about the product, its origin and manufacturer, the packaging capacity, and the product's barcode. All text and graphic elements are in white. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has a two-level inscription at the top of the display part of the label: "Barwa naturalna", which is the name of the applicant's product series, below which, in a small space, there is placed horizontally the name of the product contained in the packaging, consisting of the words: MYDLO W PŁYNIE (LIQUID MYSTERY) separated by a diagonal dominant inscription: "Avocado" written in handwritten calligraphic script, running upwards to the right. Below the product name there are two horizontal lines, between which there is a two-line text: "dry - sensitive and irritated skin". Below there are round pictograms with information about the product. At the bottom of the display part of the PL 26237 3 label is the logo of the product manufacturer. To the left and right of the product promotion and presentation text, against the dark green background of the display portion of the label, are fancifully and irregularly scattered drawings and sketches of avocados, their leaves, and vessels. The cross-sectional drawings of avocados are in olive green and cream-brown. All text, sketches, and graphic elements on the display portion of the label are in white. The information portion of the label features the product name at the top: LIQUID SOAP, below which is the diagonal inscription "avocado" in olive green handwriting, running diagonally upwards to the right. Below the product name, a single row of olive pictograms is arranged, separated by vertical dashed lines with inscriptions explaining the product's features, with the outlines of the circular pictograms being dotted. Below the pictograms and inscriptions identifying the product, on the left side, there is a decorative circle with a graphic element of the applicant's logo, on the right side and below which all useful and required information about the product and its manufacturer is placed. The second variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has, in the display part of the label, an inscription of the name of the product contained in the packaging, separated by a diagonal dominant word: "Avocado," consisting of the words: "SHAMPOO – REGENERATING," below which, between two horizontal lines, there is a two-level inscription with the text: "for brittle, dry and damaged hair." In the information part of the label, at the top, there is an inscription of the product name: "SHAMPOO." The third variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has in the display part of the label the inscription of the name of the product contained in the packaging, divided by a diagonal dominant word: "Avocado", consisting of the words: "CONDITIONER - REGENERATING", under which, between two horizontal lines, there is a two-level text: "for brittle - dry and damaged hair". In the information part of the label at the top there is the inscription of the product name: "CONDITIONER". The fourth variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has in the display part of the label the inscription of the name of the product contained in the packaging, divided by a diagonal dominant word: "Avocado", consisting of the words: "TONIK – REGENERATING", under which there is a horizontal, elongated narrow rectangle with a pink background, on which there is a two-level inscription: "moisturizing and nourishing, with aloe extract". In the information part of the label at the top there is the inscription of the product name: "TONIK". The fifth variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has in the display part of the label the inscription of the name of the product contained in the packaging, divided by a diagonal dominant word: "Avocado", consisting of the words: "WATER - FOR MAKE-UP REMOVAL", under which there is a horizontal, elongated narrow rectangle with a blue background, on which there is a two-level inscription: "regenerating with moisturizing avocado extract". In the information part of the label at the top there is an inscription of the product name: "WATER FOR MAKE-UP REMOVAL". The sixth variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 6 is a wrapper for a bar of soap, presented on an unfolded surface, which, under the inscription "Barwa Naturalna" located at the top of the front display part of the label, has the name of the product in the form of the word: "SOAP", and below it is a hand-made dominant inscription: "AWOKADO". The back part of the label in the form of a wrapper contains pictograms along with information about the product and its manufacturer. The side of the label has the inscription of the name of the applicant's product series: "Barwa Naturalna".
