Etykieta napoju Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta napoju, przeznaczona do samo- dzielnego nanoszenia na opakowania napojów, zwlaszcza napojów owocowych, badz do nakladania jako rysunek na frontowe sciany lub frontowe fragmenty scian opakowan napojów, szczególnie napojów owocowych, w tym opakowan kartonowych oraz opakowan stanowiacych torebki foliowe, równiez torebki o poszerzonym dnie umozliwiajacym postawienie w pozycji pionowej. Etykieta napoju wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w czterech odmianach jest zobrazowane zalaczona ilustracja, na której: Fig. 1 - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane etykiety, Fig. 2 - przedstawia druga odmiane etykiety, Fig. 3 - przedstawia trzecia odmiane etykiety, Fig. 4 - przedstawia czwarta odmiane etykiety. The beverage label according to the industrial design is illustrated in four variations in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first label variation, Fig. 2 - shows the second label variation, Fig. 3 - shows the third label variation, Fig. 4 - shows the fourth label variation. List of variations of the beverage label according to the industrial design: a) variation 1 - shown in figure 1, marked with the name "POMARANCZA MANDARYNKA", b) variation 2 - shown in figure 2, marked with the name "WATERMEDIUM STRUSKAWKA", c) variation 3 - shown in figure 3, marked with the name "KIWI RASPBERRY", d) variation 4 - shown in figure 4, marked with the name "PAPAJA CYTRYNA". Essential features of the industrial design: graphic layout and colours of the label as a whole with a multi-coloured background, with centrally placed inscriptions with an original composition and typeface, as well as with pictorial elements and a word-figurative element; the color division of the label into three parts: the upper part in blue and navy blue, the middle part, showing a liquid mixture in motion with variable colors, and so: in the first variety, the liquid mixture is yellow and orange, in the second variety - pink and red, in the third variety - yellow and green, in the fourth variety - orange, red and brown, and the lower part, which is formed by green, elongated leaves: two on the left side and three on the right side; a common marking in the upper, blue and navy blue part of the label, being a two-level inscription "PYSIO ACTION" with characteristic colors and graphics, in which the word "PYSIO" is centrally placed above the approximately twice as wide word "ACTION", the whole is raised upwards from left to right, in the word "PYSIO" all letters have an original, unevenly bold red font, the color being gradationally darkened from bottom to top by increasing the intensity of the red color to an almost brown color, and the letters are highlighted with fragmentary highlights in white along the right and partially upper edges, the entire word "PYSIO" has a white background framed with a black outline, distant from the inscription and corresponding to the outer contours of the letters, bold from the right side downwards, while the word "ACTION" all capital letters have white fronts, highlighted with light blue, striped markings (in the horizontal and right parts), the color of which is intensified from top to bottom, all letters are outlined with an outline which is navy blue on the left and at the top and blue on the right and at the bottom, changing to a bold navy blue to the right and downwards, the letters "T", "I", "O" and "N" are overlaid with white and blue (contrast with the background) graphic elements in the form of quadrangles narrowing to the right so that they produce reflections of these letters shifted to the right with decreasing dimensions of the components constituting them, as a result of which the reflection of the letter "N" has striped right edges (outside the letter); in the central part of the label there is a common image element depicting a green, smiling dragon with its paws raised upwards in a characteristic gesture of success, in a yellow T-shirt and a red cap with yellow wisps of mane sticking out from under it, bathing in a colorful, liquid mixture constituting the juice gushing from half of the fruit in whose pulp the dragon is immersed, and to the right of the halved fruit there is a drawing showing the second fruit that creates the taste of a given drink, and lower to the left there is a two-word and two-level name of the fruit, which has large, white letters with red outlines, whereas in the variant of the first label according to the pattern the liquid mixture constituting the juice gushing from half of the fruit is yellow-orange in color, the halved fruit is an orange with orange peel, the drawing showing the second fruit that creates the taste of a given drink shows a particle tangerines, and the name is "POMARANCZA MANDARYNKA", in the second label version - the liquid mixture constituting the juice spurting from half of the fruit is pink-red in color, the halved fruit is a watermelon with red flesh and green skin, the drawing depicting the second fruit creating the taste of the given drink shows two red strawberries with green stalks, and the name is "WATERBUZ STRUSSKAWKA", in the third label version - the liquid mixture constituting the juice spurting from half of the fruit is yellow-green in color, the halved fruit is a kiwi with yellow-green flesh and olive skin, the drawing depicting the second fruit creating the taste of the given drink shows three red raspberries, and the name is "KIWI RASPBERRY", in the fourth label version - the liquid mixture constituting the juice spurting from half of the fruit is orange-red-brown, the halved fruit is a papaya with reddish flesh, orange peel and black seeds, the image of the second fruit that creates the flavor of a given drink shows half a yellow lemon, and the name is "PAPAJA CYTRYNA" (LEMON PAPAYA); the colors, graphics and layout of the inscriptions of the common marking "WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES" located on the right side of the lower part of the label (on the border of the fruit half with a fragment overlapping it) - a circle with a green background with a white border, into which a green leaf is incorporated diagonally from the center to the right, and the words "WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES" are written in a circle in white: "WITHOUT" - at the top and "WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES" - at the bottom.
