Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta soku owocowego, przeznaczona do nanoszenia na opakowania, najczesciej butelkowe, soków i napojów owocowych lub wieloowocowych w osmiu odmianach o róznych smakach. Znane etykiety soków owocowych serii TARCZYN maja uklad prostokata o granatowym tle. W górnej czesci, nieco w prawo jest umieszczony poziomy napis TARCZYN o charakterystycznej kolorystyce oraz grafice: wszystkie litery duze w kolorze bialym, o wyrózniajacym, pogrubionym kroju, kazda z liter wpisana w maly prostokat o tle granatowym, prostokaty rozdzielone pionowymi bialymi liniami, polaczonymi z biala ramka zamykajaca calosc napisu w figure prostokata. Ponizej znajduje sie dwupoziomowy napis, obejmujacy slowo SOK oraz drugi wyraz okreslajacy rodzaj soku, na przyklad: WISNIOWY, POMARANCZOWY, GREJPFRUTOWY. Obydwa wyrazy posiadaja wszystkie litery duze, w kolorze bialym i uwydatnione ciemnym obrysem. W znanych etykietach z lewej strony jest wkomponowany wieloelementowy, barwny rysunek, przedstawiajacy owoce z liscmi, odpowiadajace smakowi soku. Kilkuelementowy rysunek owoców jest powtórzony ponizej napisów oraz w ich tle. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac etykiety soku owocowego, nadana jej przez uklad graficzny, cechy linii, krój pisma, kolorystyke oraz elementy obrazowe. Prostokatna etykieta wedlug wzoru ma tlo blekitne. W górnej czesci etykiety jest umieszczony centralnie poziomy napis TARCZYN o charakterystycznej, wyzej opisanej kolorystyce oraz grafice. Ponizej, posrodku znajduje sie w siedmiuodmianach etykiety dwupoziomowy napis, w jednej odmianie - trójpoziomowy napis, obejmujacy w siedmiu odmianach etykiety slowo Sok, w ósmej odmianie - slowo Multi, w którym to slowie (Sok, Multi) we wszystkich odmianach: pierwsza litera jest duza, pozostale - male, oraz drugi wyraz lub wyrazy w siedmiu odmianach etykiety okreslajacy badz okreslajace rodzaj soku (jablkowy, jablkowy z mieta, pomaranczowy, grejpfrutowy, z czerwonych grejpfrutów, wisniowy, z czarnych porzeczek), a w ósmej odmianie - wyraz witamina, przy czym w drugim wyrazie wzglednie wyrazach napisu we wszystkich odmianach litery sa male. W napisie dwupoziomowym oraz trójpoziomowym (Sok z czerwonych grejpfrutów) jest uzyta czcionka o pogrubionym kroju w kolorze granatowym. Wszystkie litery napisu posiadaja biale otoki, laczace sie ze soba miedzy literami i uwydatnione obrysem o barwie granatowej. Napis ma nikly cien, przesuniety w dól i nieco w prawa strone, co daje wrazenie jego trójwymiarowosci. W dolnej czesci etykiety wedlug wzoru jest umieszczony skontrastowany z tlem, róznokolorowy rysunek owoców z liscmi, odpowiadajacych smakowi danego soku. Optyczny efekt swiezosci, jedrnosci i soczystosci owoców jest uzyskany na rysunku przez naniesienie na owoce rozplywajacych sie kropel wody. W siedmiu odmianach etykiety wedlug wzoru rysunek owoców jest dodatkowo uwydatniony nieregularnym rozswietleniem tla blekitnego, osiagnietym przez promieniste rozjasnienia kolorem bialym, wychodzace spoza owoców. W ósmej odmianie etykiety wedlug wzoru (Multi witamina) dolna czesc ponizej rysunku owoców ma tlo biale, zakonczone poziomym pasem, zlozonym z prostokacików o róznych barwach, oddajacych kolejne kolory teczy: blekit, zielen, zólcien, oranz, czerwien i ich odcienie lacznie z barwami posrednimi. Rysunek owoców sprawia wrazenie przestrzennosci, dzieki róznicowaniu intensywnosci, odcienia oraz jasnosci barwy w zastosowanych kolorach z dodatko- wym efektem oswietlenia. We wszystkich odmianach etykiety wedlug wzoru górny fragment rysunku owoców jest (mniej lub bardziej) ukryty pod dolnym wyrazem napisu dwupoziomowego lub trójpoziomowego. The well-known TARCZYN fruit juice labels are rectangular with a navy blue background. At the top, slightly to the right, is the horizontal inscription "TARCZYN" with distinctive colors and graphics: all capital letters in white, in a distinctive, bold font, each letter inscribed within a small rectangle with a navy blue background, the rectangles separated by vertical white lines, connected by a white frame enclosing the entire text in a rectangular shape. Below is a two-level inscription, comprising the word "JUICE" and a second word identifying the type of juice, for example: CHERRY, ORANGE, GREJPFRUTOWY. Both words have all capital letters, in white, and highlighted with a dark outline. The familiar labels incorporate a multi-element, colorful design on the left side, depicting fruit with leaves, corresponding to the juice's flavor. The multi-element fruit design is repeated below the inscriptions and in their background. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the fruit juice label, given to it by the graphic layout, line features, typeface, colors, and pictorial elements. The rectangular label, following the design, has a blue background. The central, horizontal inscription "TARCZYN" appears at the top of the label, in the characteristic colors and graphics described above. Below, in the center, seven label variants feature a two-level inscription; one variant features a three-level inscription, including the word "Juice" in seven variants; the eighth variant features the word "Multi," in which the word (Juice, Multi) is capitalized in all variants: the first letter is uppercase, the remaining letters are lowercase; and the second word or words in seven label variants specify the type of juice (apple, apple with mint, orange, grapefruit, red grapefruit, cherry, blackcurrant), and the eighth variant features the word "vitamin," with the second word or words in all variants being lowercase. The two-level and three-level inscriptions (Red Grapefruit Juice) use a bold, navy blue font. All letters of the inscription have white borders, interconnected between the letters and highlighted by a navy blue outline. The inscription has a faint shadow, shifted down and slightly to the right, giving it a three-dimensional appearance. At the bottom of the label, the design features a multicolored image of fruit with leaves, contrasting with the background, corresponding to the flavor of the given juice. The visual effect of the fruit's freshness, firmness, and juiciness is achieved by applying water droplets to the fruit. In seven label variations, the design of the fruit is further enhanced by irregular illumination of the blue background, achieved by radiant white highlights emanating from behind the fruit. In the eighth version of the label based on the template (Multi Vitamin), the lower portion below the fruit image has a white background, terminating in a horizontal band composed of rectangles in various colors, representing the colors of the rainbow: blue, green, yellow, orange, red, and their shades, including intermediate hues. The fruit image creates a spatial impression thanks to the varying intensity, shade, and brightness of the colors used, with an additional lighting effect. In all label versions based on the template, the upper portion of the fruit image is (more or less) hidden beneath the lower wording of the two- or three-level inscription.
