PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a label for body cosmetics, including hand and foot cosmetics, "ORIENTEA", intended to be applied to the front and back walls of individual packaging, especially in the shape of tubes with screw caps. The essence of the design is a new, individual form of the product given to it by the shape, decorative motifs, graphic and textual layout and color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by the composition of a fanciful square with an original background and the inscription of the name of the cosmetic product series. The label for "ORIENTEA" cosmetics, according to the industrial design, in eight varieties is shown in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variety of the label intended to be applied to tube-shaped packaging containing regenerating body lotion; Fig. 2 - shows the second variation of the label intended for application on tube-shaped packaging containing smoothing body balm; Fig. 3 - shows the third variation of the label intended for application on tube-shaped packaging containing regenerating hand cream; Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variation of the label intended for application on tube-shaped packaging containing nourishing hand cream; Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variation of the label intended for application on tube-shaped packaging containing regenerating foot cream; Fig. 6 - shows the sixth variation of the label intended for application on tube-shaped packaging containing smoothing foot cream; Fig. 7 – shows the seventh variation of a label designed for tube-shaped packaging containing exfoliating shower gel; Fig. 8 – shows the eighth variation of a label designed for tube-shaped packaging containing regenerating shower gel. The industrial-design label is characterized by a rectangular area with a distinct vertical division into a front display section and a rear information section. The label background is a uniform color, different for each variation. In the upper front display section of the label, on a uniform colored background, is a drawing of a stylized, fanciful square inverted at a 90-degree angle. The sides of the square are undulating, wavy lines. The square's background is colored in various shades of gold, from a bright, shiny gold in the central vertical stripe to a darker, matte gold on the horizontal sides of the square. In the center of the square, between its horizontal corners, there is an inscription in large capital letters in the color of the label's background: "ORIENTEA," which is the name of the manufacturer's cosmetics product line and is the applicant's registered trademark No. R. 164966. The square is surrounded by a narrow gold stripe located a short distance away, shaped like its outer sides. A fanciful square with the inscription "ORIENTEA," rotated at a 90-degree angle, is the dominant element of the front, display part of the label. Beneath a fanciful square with the product series name, the product name and intended use are printed in various sizes and types of fonts. Below this, there is multi-level text in English, providing information about the product type, its ingredients, and origin, as well as the name and intended use. At the bottom of this section of the label is the manufacturer's logo, its registered word-figurative trademark No. R. 302835, depicting a stylized profile of a parrot's head and the word "barwa" (color) in decorative calligraphic lowercase letters. The back of the label features a two-line inscription at the top, written in medium-sized capital letters, serving as the advertising slogan for the "ORIENTEA" product series: TRANSPORT YOURSELF TO THE WORLD OF A THOUGHT AND ONE NIGHTS THANKS TO ORIENTAL RITUALS OF BEAUTY. Below is text containing essential, useful, and mandatory information about the product and its manufacturer in Polish and several foreign languages, including Arabic. It outlines the product's benefits, directions for use, dermatological testing, and detailed composition. At the bottom of this section of the label, full manufacturer information and the package capacity are provided. The product's black barcode is located in a white rectangle, with an oval, isosceles cross icon at the top right. The first version of the label, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 1, has a solid orange background. The inscription "ORIENTEA" is also orange, placed in a fanciful square at the top of the front display area. Below the dominant, fanciful square, the name and type of the product packaging are provided in Polish, in larger capital letters on two lines: ORIENTALNY BALSAM DO CIALA (ORIENTAL BODY BALM) and smaller ones on one line: REGENERUJACY. Below the Polish product name is a multi-level text specifying the product type, its ingredients and their origin, as well as the product name in English, in medium capital letters on three lines: ORIENTAL REGENERATING BODY BALM. At the bottom of the label is the manufacturer's logo. The back of the label in its first version has text at the top, under the slogan advertising the "ORIENTEA" product series, containing necessary, useful, and mandatory information about the body balm contained in the packaging, as well as full manufacturer information. All inscriptions on both parts of the label are in brown. The second variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has a yellow background. The inscription "ORIENTEA", placed at the top of the front display part in a fancy square inverted at a 90-degree angle, is also made in yellow. Under the fancy square with the name of the product series, there is a three-level product name: ORIENTAL SMOOTHING BODY BALM. Lower down, under the multi-level text in English describing the product contained in the packaging, there is the English name of the product in three lines: ORIENTAL SOOTHING BODY BALM. At the bottom of the label, there is the manufacturer's logo. The back of the second label variant has, under the slogan advertising the "ORIENTEA" product series, text containing necessary, useful, and mandatory information about the smoothing body lotion contained in the package, as well as full manufacturer information. All inscriptions on both parts of the second label variant are in brown. The third industrial design variant, shown in Fig. 3, has a light burgundy background with a narrow gold stripe located at the top of the front, display part on a rectangular surface. The inscription "ORIENTEA," located in a fancy square, is written in light burgundy capital letters. Under the dominant, fanciful square with the inscription "ORIENTEA" is the name of the product: ORIENTAL REGENERATING HAND CREAM. Below, under the English text describing the product in the package, is the English name of the product: ORIENTAL REGENERATING HAND CREAM. At the bottom of the label is the manufacturer's logo. The back part of the third version of the label, under the slogan advertising cosmetic products from the "ORIENTEA" series, is text containing necessary, useful, and mandatory information about the regenerating hand cream contained in the package. The fourth variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 of the attached illustration has a blue-violet background with a narrow gold stripe located at the top of the front, display part on a rectangular surface. The fifth industrial design variant, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 5, has a light pink background with a fanciful square with the inscription "ORIENTEA" in light pink at the top of the front, display part. Under the dominant fanciful square with the inscription giving the name of the applicant's product series, there is the product name in Polish: ORIENTALNY KREM DO FOOTÓP REGENERUJACY. Below, under the multi-level text in English that more closely describes the product contained in the packaging, there is its English name: ORIENTAL REGENERATING FOOT CREAM. At the bottom of the label is the manufacturer's logo. The back of the fifth label variant has, under the slogan advertising the applicant's cosmetic product series "OREINTEA", necessary, useful and mandatory information about the regenerating foot cream contained in the package. The sixth industrial design variant, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 6, has a light blue background with a hint of purple. The inscription with the name of the product series "ORIENTEA" is in the same color, placed in a fancy square, located in the upper front part of the label. At the bottom of the label is the manufacturer's logo. The back of the sixth version of the label has text under the slogan advertising the applicant's cosmetic product series "ORIENTEA" with necessary, useful, and mandatory information about the smoothing foot cream contained in the packaging. Full manufacturer information is also provided. All text on both parts of the label is in brown. The seventh version of the label, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 7, has a dark yellow background with a green tint. The inscription "ORIENTEA" is in the same color, placed in a fancy square, located at the top of the front, display part of the label. Below the fancy square with the name of the applicant's product series, there is a multi-level name of the product and its intended use: ORIENTAL PEELING SHOWER GEL WITH OIL, and lower down, between two thin horizontal lines: SMOOTHING. Under a dominant, fanciful square with the name of the applicant's product series, there is the multi-line name of the product contained in the packaging: ORIENTAL SHOWER GEL WITH OIL, and between two horizontal lines the word: REGENERATING. Below is information specifying the product in English and its name in the same language: ORIENTAL REGENERATING SHOWER GEL – WITH OIL. The manufacturer's logo is placed at the bottom of the label. Significant features of the industrial design: ? The packaging label contains "ORIENTEA" body cosmetics, according to the industrial design, it is characterized by an area in the shape of a rectangle with a vertical division into a front display part and a back information part with a uniform background color different for each variety; ? The upper front part of the label features a stylized, fanciful square inverted at a 90-degree angle. The square's sides are undulating, wavy lines. The square has a background in various shades of gold. Between the square's horizontal corners is the inscription "ORIENTEA" in large capital letters. The square is surrounded by a narrow gold band, located a short distance away, shaped like its outer sides; Below the fanciful square with the inscription "ORIENTEA" is multi-level text with the name, type, and intended use of the product in Polish and English; At the very bottom of the front part of the label there is the manufacturer's logo, which is a registered verbal and figurative trademark consisting of a drawing of a stylized parrot's head in profile and the word "colour" written in small, decorative calligraphic letters; ?
