The label with a rectangular outline is presented in the attached illustration in four of its varieties. New, original and characteristic features of the label, according to the industrial design, are its colours, the richness of decorative and graphic elements as well as the arrangement of word and graphic compositions. The four varieties of the label of the subject industrial design shown in the attached illustration show: ? Fig. 1 the label in its first variety intended to be placed on oval packaging in the shape of a bottle, containing hair shampoo; ? Fig. 2 the second variety of the label intended to be placed on oval packaging in the shape of a bottle with a dispenser containing liquid soap; Fig. 3 third label variant intended for placement on oval tube-shaped packages with a cap containing a conditioner for fine hair; ? Fig. 4 fourth label variant intended for placement on oval tube-shaped packages with a cap containing a hand and nail cream. The label according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it has a rectangular outline with a uniform background of medium-dark warm pink, on one side of which there is a slightly larger frontal, display part of the label presenting the product contained in the package and on the other side there is information about the product and its manufacturer. Each label variant on its frontal display part has, on a background of medium-dark warm pink, a drawing of a peony flower occupying almost the entire surface of the display part of the label. The peony flower has a color from light to dark pink. The leaves and buds on the branch with the peony flower are light green, changing into a saturated dark green. Against the background of warm medium-dark pink, the frontal display part of each label, there is a logo of the product series name at the top, consisting of the words placed one below the other: Barwa Naturalna, printed in medium-sized white letters. Below the product series logo, between two thin white horizontal lines, there is a multi-level name of the product placed in the packaging with the dominant inscription: PIEWONIA, made larger than the others in white capital letters. Below at the bottom there is a green circle, in which the percentage of natural ingredients in the product is given. At the very bottom of this part of the label, the applicant's logo is located, which is its registered word and graphic trademark No. R. 302551. In the frontal, display part of the label presenting the product, the second part of it, also on a uniform background of warm medium-dark pink, is placed in Polish and other languages, the required, essential information about the product and its manufacturer with numerous decorations and information icons as well as the product's barcode and full manufacturer's data. The first version of the industrial design presented in Fig. 1 of the attached illustration shows a label intended to be placed on oval, bottle-shaped packaging containing hair shampoo. The label shown in Fig. 1 has a rectangular outline with longer horizontal sides and a uniform background in a medium dark warm pink, on the right side of which is placed a slightly larger front and display part of the label presenting the product in the package, while the second slightly smaller part of the label on its left side contains necessary, required and useful information about the product and its manufacturer. PL 27960 3 At the top of the front display part of the label is placed on its medium dark pink background the logo of the product series consisting of a two-level inscription: Barwa Naturalna in medium-sized white block letters. On almost the entire front, display part of the label there is a drawing of a peony flower in a colour from light to dark pink with leaves and buds in a colour of light green changing to saturated dark green. On the background of a peony flower, below the logo of the "Barwa Naturalna" product series, between two thin white horizontal lines, there is a six-level inscription presenting the product in the packaging: "PEONY SHAMPOO FOR MATT HAIR WITHOUT VOLUME giving volume". The dominant accent of this inscription is the word PEONY written in large white capital letters, the remaining words are also printed in smaller white capital letters, while the words: "giving volume" are written in small white capital letters. Under the second horizontal thin white line, there is a two-level inscription in English written at the top in larger white capital letters: "PEONY SHAMPOO" and at the bottom in smaller white fonts: "volumizing". At the very bottom of the frontal display part of the label presenting the product, there is the manufacturer's logo, which is a registered word-graphic trademark in the Polish Patent Office under No. R. 302551, consisting of a drawing of a stylized parrot's head and a two-level inscription placed on its right side: color COSMETICS. On the left side of the frontal, display part of the label, there is also a field, with a background of a warm dark pink color, constituting a sort of counter-label placed on the conventional rear wall of the oval packaging, with the required, useful and exhaustive numerous information about the product and its product. The information part of the label has the words "PIWONIA SHAMPOO" at the top in large white capital letters and below: "volumizing" in small white letters, which are underlined with a horizontal white line. Under the white line there is text with information about the product, its advantages and how to use it in Polish, under which m are placed in a horizontal line at various intervals three dark green round icons with white drawings referring to the product, under which there are inscriptions defining the advantages of the product and its main contents. On the right side of the three round icons with a dark green background, there is a drawing resembling a round white seal with a drawing of a stylized parrot's head in the middle surrounded by a circular inscription: "RECIPE KNOWN FOR GENERATIONS" and a decorative ring, all in white on a warm dark pink background. Under the dark green round icons and the white drawing of the round seal, there is text in several languages containing all and extensive information about the product and its composition. PL 27960 4 On the other hand, under the multilingual information text at the bottom of this part of the label on the left side, there is comprehensive information about the origin of the product and its manufacturer, and the capacity of the package is also given vertically. On the right side at the bottom, there is a barcode of the product in black on a white background, while on the upper side of the code on its right side there are drawings of peony flowers and leaves in black with white m background. The second version of the label according to the industrial design is shown in Fig. 2 and shows a label intended for placement on oval packaging in the shape of a bottle with a dispenser, containing liquid soap. The label shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 2 has an identical shape to the one shown in the description of Fig. 1, i.e. it has a shape with the outline of a rectangle with longer horizontal sides and a uniform background in the color of warm medium dark pink. On the uniform background of the label, its front, display part is placed on the right side, presenting the product in the package, and on its left side is placed the information part containing rich information about the product and the manufacturer. The front, display part of the label takes up a larger surface than the information part. On the front display part of the label, under the name of the product series: "Barwa Naturalna", there is a four-level inscription between two horizontal lines: MYDLO W PYNIE PIEWONIA Z OLEJEM JOJOBA ujdrniajaco-wygładzające made of different sizes and different fonts in white. Under the second horizontal white line, there is a two-level text in English PEONY LIQUID SOAP firming & smoothing also in white and different fonts. Below the inscriptions presenting the product, there is a green circle with a white border, in which the number 94 is placed with a percentage sign and under it there is text in English informing about the amount of natural raw materials in the product. At the very bottom of this part of the label, there is the manufacturer's logo, which is its verbal and graphic registered trademark. The part on the left with a smaller surface area The label informing about the product has the inscription at the top: "LIQUID SOAP PEONY" in large white capital letters and below it the text reading: "firming and smoothing" in small white letters. Below it is the information text in Polish about the advantages of the product and the benefits of using it and the method of use, below which there is information of similar content in various foreign languages and the composition of the product is given. At the very bottom of this part of the label there is the full manufacturer's data and on the right a barcode with a drawing of peony flowers placed at the top. Between the display part on the right and the information part on the left, the following elements are placed from the top: a white circle with a stylized drawing of a parrot's head in the middle, surrounded by an angular inscription: "RECIPE KNOWN FOR GENERATIONS" and a decorative ring, all in white. Below the seal, there are round icons with a dark green saturated background, one above the other, with white drawings and captions thematically related to the product content, placed vertically. The remaining word and graphic elements and colors are as described and shown in Fig. 1. The third version of the label according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 is intended for placement on oval tube-shaped packaging with a cap, containing a conditioner for fine hair. PL 27960 5 The label shown in The attached illustration as Fig. 3 has the outline of a rectangle with longer vertical sides and has a uniform background in a medium-dark warm pink. The left side of the label is the front, display part presenting the product in the package and takes up a much larger surface than the part located on the right side containing numerous mandatory and useful information inscriptions about the product and its manufacturer. At the top of the front display part of the label, on a background of warm medium-dark pink, there is the logo of the product series, consisting of a two-level inscription: Barwa Naturalna, printed in medium-sized white lettering. On almost the entire front display part of the label there is a drawing of a peony flower in a colour from light to dark pink with leaves and buds in a colour of light green changing into saturated green. On the background of a peony flower, below the logo of the product series: "Barwa Naturalna" between two thin white horizontal lines there is a five-level inscription presenting the product in the packaging: "PEONY CONDITIONER FOR THIN HAIR giving volume". The dominant accent of this inscription is the word "PEONY", written in large white capital letters, the remaining words of this five-level inscription are written in smaller white capital letters, while the words "giving volume" are written in white small block letters. This inscription is underlined with a horizontal white line. Below there is a text made in small white font containing information about the product, its advantages and benefits of use in Polish. Under the information text, there are horizontally placed drawings in the form of round icons, one after another of which the first, with a slightly larger surface area than the others, has the shape of a white round seal with a stylized drawing of a parrot's head in the middle surrounded by a circular inscription: "RECIPE KNOWN FOR GENERATIONS" and a decorative white ring. Behind the round white seal, there are three round icons with a dark green saturated background and white drawings, under which there are inscriptions thematically related to the product in the package. The icons are underlined with a white horizontal line, below which there is information text in several languages about the product and its composition. At the very bottom of the information part of the label, on the left, there is the manufacturer's data and the origin of the product in white, and the capacity of the package is given vertically, and on its right side, on a white background, there is product barcode in black, on the top right side of which there are peony flowers with leaves also in black. PL 27960 6 The fourth version of the label according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 of the attached illustration is intended for placing on packages having an oval tube shape with a cap for placing hand and nail cream in them. The label according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has the outline of a rectangle with longer vertical sides and a uniform background in the color of medium dark warm pink. In the front, display part of the label, with a slightly larger surface area than the surface of its information part, against the background of a drawing of a peony flower with leaves and buds, under the name of the product series there is a four-level inscription: PEONY HAND AND NAIL CREAM smoothing and below it there is a two-level English text PEONY HAND CREAM smoothing. Below the inscriptions presenting the packaging there is a dark green circle with a white inscription 89 and a % sign informing about the content of natural ingredients in the product. Below at the very bottom of this part of the label there is the manufacturer's logo, which is its verbal and graphic trademark. The right side of the label, which is the information part and is placed on the opposite side of the front part of the packaging, has a two-level inscription at the top: "PEONY HAND CREAM smoothing", below which there is a wealth of required and useful information about the product in Polish and foreign languages, as well as manufacturer's data, packaging capacity and the product barcode with drawings of peony flowers at the top right of the code.
