PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a label for packaging in the shape of a tube and bottles, also with a dispenser, containing cosmetics from the BARWA NATURALNA series, intended for washing and care of the body and hair. The essence of the industrial design is a new and having an original graphic and textual layout form of the product given to it by decorative motifs distinguishing the graphic design and also the colors. The aesthetic effect of the label is provided by a subtle, expressive composition of the drawing of a vine branch with leaves and tendrils surrounding a large, plump bunch of grapes, indicating an individual type of cosmetics, thus giving the label an original appearance. The label for cosmetic products from the BARWA NATURALNA series according to the industrial design is presented in three varieties in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variety of the label for a bottle-shaped packaging containing grape shampoo for curly and dyed hair; Fig. 2 – shows the second variety of the label for a bottle-shaped packaging with a dispenser containing grape hand and body soap; Fig. 3 – shows the third variety of the label for a tube-shaped washing packaging containing grape conditioner in the form of a cream for curly and dyed hair. The label of cosmetic products from the BARWA NATURALNA series in each version according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it has an area with a rectangular outline with a distinctive division into two editing fields creating a front label placed on the front wall of the packaging and a back label on the back wall of the packaging, where the front label contains a display part presenting the product contained in the package, while the back label provides all useful information about the product. The label in all its versions has a uniform background in the color of shades of cold, muted red - red wine. The front field of the label has a dominant drawing on a background of a shade of red, taking up almost its entire surface, branches of a grapevine with green leaves and tendrils surrounding a large, plump bunch of grapes in a muted purple color with different saturation from light to dark. On the background of the grapevine branch at the top of the front field of the label there is a two-level inscription of the name of the product series Barwa Naturalna written in white, medium-sized block letters. Below the name of the product series, between two horizontal, not very clearly outlined white lines, there is a multi-level inscription written in bold, block white capitals, defining the name of the product and its purpose. Below the second faintly outlined white horizontal line there is also an inscription with the name and purpose of the product made in two levels of bold white capitals and regular smaller font, in English. Below the product names there is a drawing of a circle on a green background, on which is placed a number specifying the percentage of natural ingredients in the product and an inscription with information in English surrounded by a white barely outlined circle near the edge of the green background. At the very bottom of the front label there is the applicant's logo in the form of a drawing of a graphically stylized parrot's head and placed on its right side a two-level inscription color COSMETICS all in white. The applicant's logo is a registered word and graphic trademark R. 302835. The counter-label located on the back of the packaging has the name of the product in the packaging at the top and information about its advantages, underlined with a slightly marked white line, underneath. Below the underlined product name, there is text in Polish and foreign languages containing full, exhaustive information about the product, its purpose, composition, method of use, tests and expiry date. The information text contains a drawing imitating a seal with a graphically stylized parrot's head in the middle surrounded by the inscription RECIPE KNOWN FOR GENERATIONS and a graphic circular ornament closed with a circle, all in white. Essential features of an industrial design A label based on an industrial design intended for cosmetic product packaging, having a rectangular area with a clear division into two editable fields, creating a front label placed on the front wall of the packaging and a back label placed on the back wall of the packaging, wherein the front label contains a display part presenting the product contained in the packaging, while the back label provides all useful and required information about the product. The label has a surface with a uniform background colour in a shade of cold muted red – red wine and has significant features: In the first version, the label according to the industrial design, intended for packaging in the shape of a bottle containing hair shampoo shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 1, has in the front field with a uniform background of cold red a drawing taking up almost the entire surface of this field, depicting a branch of a grape vine with green leaves and tendrils surrounding a large, plump bunch of grapes in a colour of muted purple with different colour saturation from light to dark. Against the background of the branch of a grape vine, leaves, tendrils and any bunch of grapes, at the top of the front field of the label there is an inscription with the name of the product series, in couplets: Barwa Naturalna written in white medium-sized block letters. Under the name of the product series, between two white, not very high horizontal lines, there is an inscription defining the name and purpose of the product, in several lines placed one below the other: GRAPE SHAMPOO FOR CURLY AND WAVE HAIR emphasizing curl. The inscription is made in bold white capital letters, with the last line being made in regular small italic font. Under the lower white, faintly marked horizontal line, there is the name and purpose of the product in English in two lines: GRAPE SHAMPOO curl defining made in capital letters and regular font in white. Below the inscriptions with the name and purpose of the product, there is a drawing of a circle with a white border on a green background, on which there is the number 94 with the % sign below, which is a three-level inscription in English: ingrediens of natural origin in regular font, all in white. At the bottom of the front field of the label, there is the applicant's logo in the form of a graphic drawing of a parrot's head and an inscription on the right side: color COSMETICS The applicant's logo is a registered in the UP RP word-and-graphic trademark R.302835. The logo and inscriptions on the front field of the label are in white. The back label, also with a cold red background, is located next to the front panel and has the inscription at the top: "GRAPE SHAMPOO" in bold white capital letters, below which is the phrase: "emphasizing the curl" in regular medium-sized font. Below it is a non-uniform white horizontal line, and below it is information in Polish about the advantages of the product, the content of ingredients, the method of use and the effects of use. Under the information text in Polish there are three round icons with a green background, behind which on the right side there is a drawing imitating a seal with a graphic stylized drawing of a parrot's head surrounded by dashed ornaments, the inscription "RECIPE KNOWN - OD POKO- LEN" around the inscription there are decorative lines and a white line closing the circle. GRAPES FOR CURLY AND WAVED HAIR emphasizing the curl. The inscription is made in bold white printed capital letters, with the last line being made in a regular small, slightly slanted font. Under the second, lower, faintly marked horizontal white line there is a two-line name and purpose of the product in English: GRAPE CONDITIONER curl defining made in capital letters and regular white font. Below the inscriptions with the name and purpose of the product there is a drawing of a circle with a white border. and a green background, on which the number 98 with the % sign is visible, under which there is a three-line inscription in English: ingredients of natural origin made in regular font, all in white. At the bottom of the front field of the label there is the applicant's logo in the form of a graphic drawing of a stylized parrot's head and the inscription on the right side: color COSMETICS The applicant's logo is a registered word-graphic trademark R.302835 in the UP RP. The logo and inscriptions on the front edit field of the label are in white. The counter-label, also on a cold red, muted background, located next to the front field has an inscription at the top in two lines: ODZYWKA WINOGRONOWA emphasizing the twist made in white capital letters and regular font. The product name is underlined with a white horizontal line, under which there is text in Polish containing information about the advantages of the product, the content of ingredients, the method of use and the effects of use. Below the information text, on the left side, there is a drawing imitating a round seal with a graphically stylized parrot's head in the middle surrounded by the inscription: RECIPE KNOWN FOR GENERATIONS and a decorative and closed circle. On the right side of the circle imitating the seal, there are three round icons on a dark green background with white drawings and captions, respectively: - a drawing of a bottle and seeds and a caption in three lines SHEA BUTTER - WHEAT PROTEINS - a drawing of a bunch of grapes and the caption SEED OIL + GRAPE EXTRACT - a drawing of a woman's head with abundant hair and the caption MOISTURIZATION AND EMPHASISED CURLS. Then there is further information in these three languages about the product's testing, its use date and the full composition of the product. At the very bottom of the label field on the left side, there is information about the origin of the product and all the manufacturer's data. Further on the right side, there is vertical information about the capacity of the package contents: 200 ml, directly behind which is the product barcode in black on a white rectangle. On the upper horizontal side of the barcode, there is a drawing of a vine branch, with leaves, tendrils and plump clusters of grapes in black with white highlights.
