The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the product given to it by decorative motifs, colours, graphic and verbal arrangement. The set of labels according to the industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variety of the label intended to be placed on a packaging in the shape of a bottle containing hair shampoo; Fig. 2 – shows the second variety of the label intended to be placed on a packaging in the shape of a bottle containing shower gel; Fig. 3 – shows the third variety of the label intended to be placed on a packaging in the shape of a bottle containing liquid soap; Fig. 4 – shows the fourth version of the label intended for placement on a tube-shaped package containing body lotion. All versions of the label set have the shape of a vertically elongated rectangle with a white background. In the upper part of the front walls of the labels, a cannabis leaf in various shades of green is placed on a white-bluish-blue background. Under the hemp leaf there is the applicant's logo in the form of a graphically stylized parrot head and the inscription "barwa cosmetics". The logo is a registered and protected trademark R 302835. Below the applicant's logo there is the name and purpose of the product contained in the packaging. In turn, under the name and purpose of the product there is an icon in the shape of a circle with a brown background and a white stylized hemp leaf, and below there is an inscription with hemp oil. And below there is text in English defining the product and its purpose. At the bottom of the rectangularly elongated label there are round icons with brown edges on a white background, on which there are brown drawings and inscriptions. The industrial design constituting a label for a bottle-shaped packaging containing hair shampoo, presented in the attached illustration as Fig. 1, which has the shape of an elongated vertically, a rectangle with a uniform white background, on top of which there is a cannabis leaf in various shades of green, placed on a white-bluish-blue background. Under the green cannabis leaf there is the applicant's logo in the form of a drawing of a graphically stylized parrot's head and the inscription: "barwa cosmetics", which are protected and registered trademark no. R 302835. The applicant's logo is made in dark brown. Below the applicant's logo there is the inscription: "HIPOALERGIC" made in capital letters, large dark brown font. Under the inscription HYPOALERGIC there is an elongated green rectangle on which is placed the inscription: "SHAMPOO" in medium-sized capital letters, white font. The inscriptions: HYPOALERGIC SHAMPOO form the name of the product in the package. Under the name of the product there is an icon in the shape of a brown circle, in which there is a stylized drawing of a hemp leaf in white, and below it there is a one-line inscription: "with hemp oil" in medium-sized brown font. Below the icon and the associated text, there is a horizontally elongated green rectangle with the text: "SOOTHER" in capital letters in larger white font. Below the green rectangle with the text SOOTHER is a three-level text specifying the type and purpose of the product in English: "Hypoallergenic micellar shampoo for scalp prone to psoriasis". Below the English text, there are three icons placed horizontally next to each other, consisting of circles with brown edges and a white background, on which there are texts and drawings that more precisely describe the product. PL 27461 3 The second variant of the label according to the industrial design shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 2, intended for placement on a bottle-shaped packaging containing shower gel, has the shape of a vertically elongated rectangle with a white background. Under the inscription in large brown capital letters: "HYPOALERGIC" are the words: "SHOWER GEL" written in smaller capital letters in dark brown, creating the name of the product: HYPOALERGIC SHOWER GEL. On the other hand, under the round icon with a drawing of a hemp leaf and under the brown text: "with hemp oil" there is a horizontally elongated rectangle made with brown lines, within which there is a two-line inscription on a white background: "SKIN WITH A TENDENCY TO PSORIASIS" written in medium-sized capital letters in green font. Below, there is also a two-line text in English specifying the type and purpose of the product: "Hypoallergenic shower gel for skin prone to psoriasis" in a smaller, dark brown font. The third version of the label according to the industrial design, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 3, intended for placement on a bottle-shaped packaging containing liquid soap, has the shape of a vertically elongated rectangle with a white background. Under the green hemp leaf and the applicant's logo, there is a three-level inscription in capital letters in large and medium brown font, constituting the name of the product: "HIPOALERGIC TRADITIONAL POLISH GREY SOAP". On the other hand, under the round icon with a drawing of a hemp leaf and under the brown text: "with hemp oil", there is a horizontally elongated rectangle made of brown lines, in which there is a two-line inscription "SKIN WITH A TENDENCY TO PSORIASIS" written in medium-sized font in green capital letters on a white background. Below, there is a single-line text in English: "Hypoallergenic lignite soap" in smaller, dark brown font. The fourth version of the label according to the industrial design, shown in the attached illustration as Fig. 4, intended for placement on a tube-shaped packaging containing body lotion, has the shape of a vertically elongated rectangle with a white background.
