The essence of the design is the new form and originality of the submitted label, manifested by the applied division and arrangement of the surface, decorative motifs, graphic design and color range. The subject industrial design appears in one variant presented in the attached illustration. Essential features of the industrial design On the rectangular, vertically elongated surface of the label, intended for packaging in the shape of an oval tube with a cap containing a rice cosmetic and care cream for hands and nails, with a uniform white background, there is a clearly marked graphic and text on two fields, of which the front is a field presenting the product, while the one located on the right is a field on which comprehensive information about the product and its manufacturer is placed, and its location on the packaging means that it constitutes a counter-label. On the front field of the label, there is a drawing of a brown bowl filled with boiled rice with brown and beige grains, occupying most of its surface. The brown bowl is surrounded by light green ears of rice with grains in brown, beige and also light yellow. Against the background of a brown bowl with loosely cooked rice grains, between two horizontal lines in dark brown, there is a three-line inscription: RICE HAND & NAIL CREAM ultra-moisturising. The top three lines of this inscription are written in capital letters, with the word "Ryzowy" being larger than the others, while the term "ultra-moisturising" is written in regular italic print. Under the second horizontal line in the lower part of the bowl, there is a three-level English inscription: RICE HAND &NAIL CREAM ultra-moisturising written in a different size and type of font. Below the bowl drawing, between ears of rice and scattered grains of rice, there is a dark green round icon with a stylized drawing of different sized ears of rice in the middle in white, surrounded by a circular inscription, also in white: NATURAL RICE PROTEINS and a series of dots and an incomplete white line. The right part of the label, which after being placed on the packaging constitutes a counter-label, has at the top the inscription of the product name and its purpose given in two lines: HAND AND NAIL CREAM ultra-moisturizing in capital letters and italics, underlined by a dark brown line and information about the product and how to use located below it in capital letters. The information is in Polish. Then below is a drawing imitating a round seal with a stylized parrot head surrounded by the inscription: RECIPE KNOWN FOR GENERATIONS and a decorative ornament and a brown small circle. On the right side of the drawing imitating the seal are three icons with a dark green background with the number 91% in the first, a drawing of a falling drop in the second, and a drawing of people washing their hands in the third. Under each icon are three-line inscriptions, made in capital letters, in the following order: INGREDIENTS SOFTENING ELASTIC LANOLIN AND NATURAL NATURAL + GLYCERINE SHINE Under the inscriptions are placed information about the product, its use, advantages and its composition in English and Spanish. The weight and full details of its manufacturer are also provided, as well as the product barcode, which has a drawing of scattered grains of rice on the upper right side. On the edge of the right side of the back label, there is a fragment supplementing the drawing of ears of rice, which, when applied to the packaging together with the front field, creates a whole.
