Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta wyrobu garmazeryjnego, przeznaczona do umieszczania na opakowaniach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac etykiety, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, rysunku i barwie, które nadaja jej oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do osiagniecia walorów estetycznych i reklamowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 odmiane etykiety w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne etykiety wedlug wzoru przejawiaja sie w tym, ze etykieta ma ksztalt czarnego prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami, którego powierzchnie przecinaja dwie podwójne, biegnace ukosnie, faliste linie w kolorze zloto-bezowym, które optycznie dziela ja na 3 czesci: górna, srodkowa i dolna. Srodkowa czesc etykiety, pomiedzy falistymi liniami wypelnia fotografia, na której na bezowym tle uwidoczniono lezacy na drewnianej desce czarny pólmisek, zawierajacy wyroby garmazeryjne (kotlety). Glównym elementem dolnej czesci etykiety jest wykonany stylizowanymi literami w kolorze zlotym napis Frykadelki Domowe Drobiowe. W lewym, dolnym rogu etykiety znajduje sie znak towarowy (firmowy) producenta przedstawiajacy zarys kielbasy zwiazanej od góry i zwinietej w formie trójkata otwartego. Na poziomym odcinkuw wycieciu zarysu wpisane sa duze litery HK. Litery wykonane sa pismem blokowym prostym. Zarys kielbasy oraz litery HK maja kolor czerwony i umieszczone sa na bialym tle. PL PL PLThe industrial design is a label for a delicatessen product, intended for placement on packaging. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the label, manifested in its shape, design, and color, which give it a unique appearance aimed at achieving aesthetic and advertising values. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the label from the front, and Fig. 2 shows a variation of the label from the front. The essential features of the label according to the design are that the label is shaped like a black rectangle with rounded corners, the surfaces of which are intersected by two double, diagonally running, wavy lines in golden-beige, visually dividing it into three parts: top, middle, and bottom. At the top of the label, near the upper left corner, is a graphic element in the form of a regular golden hexagon with a beige border, against which three graphic elements in the form of beige stars are placed diagonally. Near the right corner of this part of the label, a gold inscription informing about the product's ingredients is located. The center of the label, between the wavy lines, is filled with a photograph showing a black platter containing delicatessen products (cutlets) lying on a wooden board against a beige background. The main element of the lower part of the label is the inscription "Frykadelki Domowe Drobiowe" (Poultry Frykadelki) in stylized gold lettering.
