Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do umieszczania w nim chleba. The subject of an industrial design is a packaging intended for placing bread in it.

Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym, a w przypadku odmian tez kolorystyce elementów graficznych. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a product, manifesting itself in the original graphic layout, and in the case of variations, also in the colors of the graphic elements.

Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do szeregu istniejacych w obrocie opakowan dla chleba, charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym charakterem ukladu graficznego i kolorystycznego poszczególnych elementów. Packaging according to the industrial design, compared to a number of existing bread packages on the market, is characterized by the individual nature of the graphic and color layout of individual elements.

Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonane z folii w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu posiada nadruki tworzace oryginalna kompozycje graficzna, zas w górnej czesci otwór do wlozenia chleba.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1, na którym przedstawiono wzór ukladu graficznego opakowania w wersji rozlozonej. W górnej czesci stanowiacej przód opakowania umieszczono pionowo pasmo o dwukolorowym tle, zakonczone lukiem nachodzacym na dno i tyl opakowania. W górnej czesci tego pasma umieszczono zarys owalu w odcieniach jasniejszej czesci tla, imitujacy obramowanie. Srodek owalu jest przezroczysty i mozna wewnatrz niego umieszczac napisy. W dolnej, prawej czesci tego pasma, na zarysie owalu umieszczony jest zarys kawalka chleba. In the upper part, which is the front of the package, there is a vertical band with a two-color background, ended with an arc over the bottom and back of the package. In the upper part of this band there is an oval outline in shades of the lighter part of the background, imitating a border. The center of the oval is transparent and you can put inscriptions inside it. In the lower right part of this band, the outline of a piece of bread is placed on the outline of the oval.

Tyl i spód opakowania stanowi calosc kompozycyjna z przodem. The back and the bottom of the package constitute a compositional whole with the front.

Tyl opakowania posiada usytuowane przy spodzie mniejsze pasmo skladajace sie z obramowania tworzacego ramke / okienko do zamieszczania informacji w szczególnosci o skladzie, producencie takze w postaci kodu kreskowego, oraz nadruku przypominajacego prostokat w kolorze jasniejszym tla, gdzie mozna umieszczac informacje, w szczególnosci nazwe chleba oraz logo firmy. The back of the package has a smaller band at the bottom, consisting of a border forming a frame / window for inserting information, in particular about the composition, the manufacturer also in the form of a bar code, and a rectangular print in a lighter background color, where you can put information, in particular the name of the bread and company logo.

W górnej czesci tego pasma umieszczono zarys owalu w odcieniach zieleni, imitujacy obramowanie. Srodek owalu jest przezroczysty i mozna wewnatrz niego umieszczac napisy. W dolnej, prawej czesci tego pasma, na zarysie owalu umieszczony jest zarys kawalka chleba. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym umieszczonym na folii, miedzy innymi w kompozycji pasm, zakonczeniu pasma lukiem, graficznym zamknieciu opakowania dzieki wykorzystaniu tego samego elementu graficznego - pasma ciemniejszego. Elementy te tworza charakterystyczny obraz. Jednoczesnie eksponowany jest pomiedzy nadrukami - w owalu jak i na tyle opakowania bo bokach pasma - chleb, po wlozeniu go do opakowania.
