Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do worków na pieluszki. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosci powierzchni, ukladzie graficznym i kolorystyce. Wzór przemyslowy w postaci opakowania do worków na pieluszki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o niewielkiej wysokosci, przy czym na górnej podstawie umieszczono linie perforowane w ukladzie prostokata, tworzace wraz z zakladka widoczna na bocznej, przedniej sciance i majaca w czesci srodkowej pólokragle wciecie, ponizej którego jest umieszczony napis: „Tu otwierac", latwy do oderwania fragment opakowania, który po oderwaniu spelnia dodatkowo funkcje pokrywy opakowania. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru ma wielobarwna, wyrazista kolorystyke, z wyrózniajacymi sie elementami graficznymi umieszczonymi na cieniowanym tle w kolorze zielono-niebieskim, a krawedzie prostopadlosciennego opakowania maja kolor ciemnoniebieski. Podstawowym i wyrózniajacym sie elementem graficznym jest nazwa produktu w postaci wyrazenia: „worki na pieluszki" umieszczona na górnej plaszczyznie podstawy opakowania oraz na wszystkich sciankach bocznych, przy czym na dluzszych sciankach wyrazenie to jest uzupelnione po obu stronach liczba opisujaca ilosc sztuk worków w opakowaniu (50). W wyrazeniu „worki na pieluszki" kazda literka ma inny kolor, a odpowiednio pocieniowane litery i liczby sprawiaja wrazenie liter trójwymiarowych.Na górnej podstawie umieszczono równiez z lewej strony wyrazenia „worki na pieluszki" wizerunek dziecka w pieluszce, a ponizej tego wyrazenia napis w dwóch wierszach: w górnym „pochlaniajace zapachy" i w dolnym - „latwo wiazane". Ponizej umieszczono piktogramy charakteryzujace sposób uzycia worków na pieluszki w postaci obrazków przedstawiajacych wizerunek misia wykonujacego cztery czynnosci: otwierajacego opakowanie worków na pieluszki, wkladajacego pieluszke do worka, zawiazujacego worek i wrzucajacego worek do kosza na smieci. Piktogramy wraz z opisem czynnosci i oznaczone literkami „A", „B", „C" i „D" umieszczone sa ponadto na dolnej plaszczyznie podstawy, ponizej wyrazenia „worki na pieluszki" i wyrazen charakteryzujacych podstawowe cechy produktu: „higieniczne i wygodne", „pochlaniaja zapachy", skrywaja zawartosc" i „latwo wiazane". W lewym górnym rogu obu podstaw umieszczone jest logo producenta w postaci czerwonego napisu „PACLAN", ponizej którego, narysowane jest kolorem niebieskim, okreslenie: „family products", a powyzej zarys budynku z gwiazdka, calosc umieszczona na bialym tle wewnatrz czworokata. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to opakowanie w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o sciankach zewnetrznych w kolorze zielono- niebieskim, cieniowanym i krawedziach w kolorze ciemnoniebieskim, na tle którego umieszczono elementy graficzne w formie napisu przedstawiajacego nazwe produktu, wyrazenie: „worki na pieluszki", umieszczone na górnej plaszczyznie podstawy opakowania oraz na wszystkich sciankach bocznych, przy czym na dluzszych sciankach wyrazenie to jest uzupelnione po obu stronach liczba opisujaca ilosc worków w opakowaniu (50), przy czym w napisie „worki na pieluszki" kazda literka ma inny kolor, a odpowiednio pocieniowane litery i liczby sprawiaja wrazenie znaków trójwymiarowych, a w poblizu tego napisu umieszczony jest wizerunek dziecka w pieluszce i, ponizej, napis w dwóch wierszach: w górnym „pochlaniajace zapachy" i w dolnym - „latwo wiazane". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to równiez piktogramy umieszczone na opakowaniu, charakteryzujace sposób uzycia worków napieluszki, majace forme obrazków przedstawiajacych wizerunek misia wykonujacego cztery czynnosci: otwierajacego opakowanie worków na pieluszki, wkladajacego pieluszke do worka, zawiazujacego worek i wrzucajacego worek do kosza na smieci. The new design manifests itself in its shape, surface properties, graphic layout, and color scheme. The industrial design, in the form of a diaper bag packaging, is characterized by its low-height cuboid shape, with perforated lines arranged in a rectangular pattern on the upper base. Together with a tab visible on the side, the front panel has a semicircular indentation in the center, below which is the inscription "Open here," an easily detachable fragment of the packaging that, when detached, also serves as a cover. The packaging, as designed, features multicolored, vibrant colors, with distinctive graphic elements placed on a shaded green-blue background, and the edges of the cuboid packaging are dark blue. The basic and distinctive graphic element is the name of the product in the form of the phrase: "diaper bags" placed on the upper surface of the base of the packaging and on all side walls, while on the longer walls this phrase is supplemented on both sides by a number describing the number of bags in the package (50). In the phrase "diaper bags", each letter is in a different color, and the appropriately shaded letters and numbers give the impression of three-dimensional letters. On the upper base, to the left of the phrase "diaper bags", there is also an image of a child in a diaper, and below this phrase there is an inscription in two lines: in the upper one "odor-absorbing" and in the lower one - "easily tied". Below are pictograms describing how to use diaper bags. They are in the form of images depicting a teddy bear performing four actions: opening a diaper bag package, placing a diaper in the bag, tying the bag, and throwing the bag into a trash can. The pictograms, along with the description of the actions and marked with the letters "A," "B," "C," and "D," are also placed on the bottom of the base, below the phrase "diaper bags" and phrases describing the product's basic features: "hygienic and convenient," "absorbs odors," "hides contents," and "easily tied." In the upper left corner of both bases there is the manufacturer's logo in the form of a red inscription "PACLAN", below which, in blue, the words "family products" are drawn, and above it there is the outline of a building with a star, all placed on a white background inside a quadrangle. The essential features of the industrial design are a cuboid-shaped packaging with shaded green-blue outer walls and dark blue edges, against the background of which there are graphic elements in the form of an inscription presenting the name of the product, the expression: "diaper bags", placed on the upper surface of the base of the packaging and on all side walls, while on the longer walls this expression is supplemented on both sides by a number describing the number of bags in the package (50), wherein in the inscription "diaper bags" each letter is in a different colour, and the appropriately shaded letters and numbers give the impression of three-dimensional characters, and near this inscription there is an image of a child in a diaper and, below, an inscription in two lines: in the upper one "odor-absorbing" and in the lower one - "easily tied". Significant features of the industrial design also include pictograms placed on the packaging, characterizing the use of the diaper bags. Significant features of the industrial design also include the manufacturer's logo in the form of a red "PACLAN" inscription placed in the upper left corner of both bases, below which, drawn in blue, there is the term "family products", and above - the outline of a building with a star - the whole thing placed on a white background inside a quadrangle. The packaging for diaper bags according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a view of the unfolded packaging; Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the packaging in the form of a cuboid; Fig. 3 shows a color drawing of the packaging unfolded and folded in a perspective view; The undoubted advantage of the packaging according to the design is not only its functionality, but above all the colors, the graphic way of presenting information on how to use the product, as well as the possibility of multiple use of the packaging thanks to the use of appropriately shaped perforation on the outer surface of the packaging.
