The essence of the ornamental design is a new and original solution for the entire label surface, manifested in the graphic design, line layout, and color scheme. A label based on the ornamental design not only has informational and functional value but also aims to achieve aesthetic goals, which is expressed in both the color scheme and the graphic design. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the graphic design of the label, and Fig. 2 shows the graphic design of the label variant. The label based on the design is characterized by original graphic design on all sides of the packaging: the front wall, back wall, side walls, top wall, and bottom wall. A distinctive feature of the front and back panels of the label is a wide black stripe placed vertically on a silver background. At the top of the black stripes is a horizontally positioned ellipse, graphically stylized to resemble a medal, the outer edge of which is a colorful ornament made of gold and blue lines, with the inner surface of the ellipse being white, and the central part of the ellipse being a concentric smaller black ellipse with a yellow ellipsoidal line located near the peripheral, outer part of the black ellipse. Inside the black ellipse is the inscription "EARL GREY" in silver and white, written in large, graphically stylized block letters. Above a smaller black ellipse on a white background there is the inscription "A blend of delicate teas", and below this ellipse there is the inscription "black Chinese - loose-leaf" written in small, printed, graphically stylised letters in black, the height of the letters in this inscription being more than half the height of the letters in the inscription "EARL GREY". On the front and back walls of the label, against the background of the lower part of the black stripe, below the aforementioned ellipses there are the trademarks: the inscription "ASTRA", a horizontally positioned ellipse with the letter P and its mirror image with a crosswise stripe and the inscription KAWA & HERBATA placed in a semicircle below the ellipse, the letters of the word "ASTRA", the ellipse and the remaining letters being gold, and the background of the ellipse being red. The side walls of the label according to the pattern are silver and contain: one side wall repeats the manufacturer's logo and words describing the tea brewing method, and the other side wall repeats the inscription "EARL GREY" with advertising inscriptions. The inscription "EARL GREY" is also on the top wall, and an advertising coupon is on the bottom wall. Furthermore, the entire surface of the label: on vertical black stripes and on a silver background, the inscription "EARL GREY" is placed diagonally, one next to the other, in various stylized graphic fonts. The ellipses, which constitute the dominant part of the label, resembling the shape of a medal, are fastened with a small gold chain. A variant of the label according to the pattern is a label characterized by a wide black stripe on the front and back wall, placed vertically on a silver background. In the lower parts of the black stripes there is a horizontally positioned ellipse, graphically stylized to resemble a medal, the outer rim of which is a colored ornament made of gold and blue lines, the inner surface of the ellipse being white, and the middle part of the ellipse is a concentrically located smaller ellipse in black with a yellow ellipsoidal line located near the peripheral, outer part of the black ellipse. Inside the black ellipse there is an inscription in silver and white "EARL GREY" written in large, graphically stylized block letters. On the front and back sides of the label, against the background of a black stripe, above the aforementioned ellipses, there are the trademarks: the inscription "ASTRA", a horizontally positioned ellipse with the letter P and its mirror image with a crosswise stripe and the inscription KAWA & HERBATA (COFFEE & HERBATA) placed in a semicircle below this ellipse, the letters of the word "ASTRA", the ellipse and the remaining letters being gold, and the background of the ellipse being red.
