Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowe i oryginalne rozwiazanie calej powierzchni etykiety przejawiajaca sie w wystroju graficznym, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. Etykieta wedlug wzoru zdobniczego nie tylko posiada walory informujace i uzytkowe, ale, równiez, zmierza do osiagniecia celów estetycznych, co wyraza sie zarówno w kolorystyce, jak i rozwiazaniu graficznym. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, która przedstawia wystrój graficzny etykiety.Etykieta ma oryginalny wystrój graficzny wszystkich scianek opakowania kartonowego: scianki przedniej, scianki tylnej, scianek bocznych, scianki górnej i scianki dolnej. Przednia i tylna scianka etykiety wedlug wzoru ma szeroki czerwony pas usytuowany pionowo na zóltym tle. Centralna czesc kazdego pasa stanowi poziomo usytuowana elipsa stylizowana graficznie na ksztalt medalu. Powyzej mniejszej, wykonanej w kolorze czarnym elipsy, na bialym tle znajduje sie napis „Yunnan-czerwony", a ponizej tej elipsy napis „czerwona herbata chinska" pisany malymi, drukowanymi i stylizowanymi graficznie literami, przy czym wysokosc tych napisów jest ponad dwukrotnie mniejsza od wysokosci liter napisu „PU-ERH". Na sciance przedniej i tylnej etykiety, na tle dolnej czesci czerwonego pasa, ponizej wspomnianych elips znajduja sie znaki towarowe: napis ,ASTRA", poziomo usytuowana elipsa z litera P i jej lustrzanym odbiciem z poziomym pasem i napisem: „KAWA & HERBATA" umieszczonym pólkoliscie pod ta elipsa. Litery wyrazu ,ASTRA", elipsa i pozostale litery maja kolor zloty, a tlo elipsy ma kolor czerwony. Sciankiboczne etykiety wedlug wzoru maja kolor zólty i zawieraja: jedna z bocznych scianek powtórzone logo producenta i wyrazy bedace opisem sposobu parzenia herbaty, a druga boczna scianka powtórzony napis „PU-ERH" wykonany w kolorze czerwonym i napisy reklamujace. Na górnej sciance znajduje sie równiez napis „PU-ERH", a na sciance dolnej kupon reklamowy. Ponadto, na calej powierzchni etykiety wedlug wzoru: na pionowych, szerokich, czerwonych pasach, jak równiez na zóltym tle calej pozostalej powierzchni etykiety usytuowane sa przebiegajace ukosnie napisy „PU-ERH" pisane jeden obok drugiego, rozmaitym, stylizowanym graficznie krojem liter. PL PLLABEL The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since June 25, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a label intended, particularly, for cardboard tea packaging. The essence of the ornamental design is a new and original solution for the entire label surface, manifested in the graphic design, line layout, and color scheme. A label based on the ornamental design not only has informational and functional value but also aims to achieve aesthetic goals, which is expressed in both the color scheme and the graphic design. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached photograph, which shows the graphic design of the label. The label has the original graphic design of all walls of the cardboard packaging: the front wall, back wall, side walls, top wall, and bottom wall. The front and back panels of the label, as designed, feature a wide red stripe placed vertically on a yellow background. The center of each stripe is a horizontally positioned ellipse, graphically stylized to resemble a medal. The outer edge of the ellipse is an ornament in the form of a circumferential stripe made of gold and blue lines, with the inner surface of the ellipse being white. The center of the ellipse described above is a concentric, smaller black ellipse with a yellow ellipsoidal line running circumferentially near its outer edge. Inside the black ellipse is the inscription "PU-ERH" in large, gold-colored, block letters. Above a smaller black ellipse on a white background there is the inscription "Yunnan-red", and below this ellipse there is the inscription "Chinese red tea" written in small, printed and graphically stylized letters, the height of these inscriptions being more than half the height of the letters of the inscription "PU-ERH". On the front and back walls of the label, against the background of the lower part of the red stripe, below the aforementioned ellipses there are trademarks: the inscription "ASTRA", a horizontally placed ellipse with the letter P and its mirror image with a horizontal stripe and the inscription: "KAWA & HERBATA" placed in a semicircle below the ellipse. The letters of the word "ASTRA," the ellipse, and the remaining letters are gold, and the background of the ellipse is red. The side walls of the label, as per the pattern, are yellow and contain: one side wall contains the repeated manufacturer's logo and words describing the tea brewing method, and the other side wall contains the repeated inscription "PU-ERH" in red and advertising inscriptions. The upper wall also contains the inscription "PU-ERH," and the lower wall contains an advertising coupon. Furthermore, the entire surface of the label, as per the pattern, is embossed with the diagonal inscription "PU-ERH," written one next to the other in a variety of graphically stylized fonts.
