Etykieta Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia grudnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest etykieta. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej sza- cie graficznej i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku z przodu. Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata w kolorze brazowym, który w czesci centralnej ma barwny pas, stanowiacy obraz przedstawiajacy pejzaz wiejski, na tle którego w bialej ramce znajduje sie obraz przedstawiajacy postac wiejskiej ko- biety, trzymajacej w rekach dzban z którego wylewa sie mleko do miski. Na brazo- wym tle etykiety, nad obrazem, znajduja sie napisy wykonane w dwóch wierszachfantazyjnym pismem w kolorze bialym, przy czym napis w górnym w ierszu jest wyko- nany wiekszymi literami z czarnym cieniem, natomiast pod obrazem umieszczony jest napis w jednym w ierszu w kolorze bialym, podkreslony cienka biala linia. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since December 1999. The design is a label. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifesting itself in its original graphic design and color scheme. The design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the label from the front. The label, according to the design, is a brown rectangle with a colored stripe in the center, representing a rural landscape, against which, in a white frame, is an image of a peasant woman holding a jug from which milk is poured into a bowl. On the brown background of the label, above the image, there are two lines of inscriptions in fancy white script. The inscription in the top line is in larger letters with a black shadow, while below the image there is a single line of inscription in white, underlined with a thin white line.
