MASKOTKA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 23.02.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest maskotka stanowiaca stylizowana postac ludzka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac maskotki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 pokazuje maskotke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z jednego boku, a fig.3 z drugiego boku, fig.4 pokazuje taka maskotke w widoku z przodu w przykladowym zestawieniu kolorów zólto-bialo- czerwono-czarnym, a fig.5 i fig.6 pokazuja taka kolorowa maskotke w widoku z obu boków.Maskotka wedlug wzoru pokazana na fig.1, fig.2 i fig.3 ma postac uczlowieczonej pekatej butelki piwa, której krótka szyjka zakonczona kapslem wyobraza glowe ludzka z okragla czapeczka. Ponizej czapeczki - kapsla znajduja sie nieproporcjonalnie duze ciemne okulary. Od ludzkiego tulowia wyobrazonego pekata czescia butelki odchodza rece zakonczone duzymi dlonmi w rekawicach przylegajacych do tulowia oraz szeroko rozstawione cienkie nózki w szpiczastych butach. Z przodu na tulowiu ukosny napis „PERLA". W przykladowym kolorystycznym wykonaniu pokazanym na fig.4, fig. 5 i fig.6 maskotka ma postac uczlowieczonej pekatej butelki piwa w kolorze zóltym, której krótka szyjka zakonczona bialym kapslem wyobraza glowe ludzka z okragla czapeczka . Ponizej czapeczki - kapsla znajduja sie nieproporcjonalnie duze czarne okulary. Od ludzkiego tulowia wyobrazonego pekata czescia butelki odchodza rece w zóltym kolorze tulowia zakonczone duzymi dlonmi w bialych rekawicach przylegajacych do tulowia oraz szeroko rozstawione cienkie nózki równiez w zóltym kolorze tulowia w szpiczastych bialych butach. Z przodu na tulowiu ukosny napis „PERLA" bialymi literami na ciemno-czerwonym tle. Przedmiot wzoru moze byc wykonany z dowolnego materialu, w róznych wielkosciach, kolorach i ich zestawieniach. PL PLMASCOT The right of registration for the ornamental design is valid from February 23, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a mascot representing a stylized human figure. The essence of the design is a new form of the mascot, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color scheme. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the mascot from the front, Fig. 2 from one side, and Fig. 3 from the other side. Fig. 4 shows such a mascot from the front in an exemplary color combination of yellow, white, red, and black, and Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show such a colorful mascot from both sides. The mascot, according to the design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, takes the form of a humanized, bulging beer bottle, the short neck of which ends with a cap representing a human head with a round cap. Below the cap/cap are disproportionately large dark glasses. Extending from the human torso, depicted as a bulbous part of the bottle, are arms ending in large hands in gloves that cling to the torso, and widely spaced thin legs in pointy shoes. On the front of the torso is the diagonal inscription "PERLA." In the color example shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6, the mascot takes the form of a humanized bulbous yellow beer bottle, whose short neck, topped with a white cap, represents a human head with a round cap. Below the cap/cap are disproportionately large black glasses. From the human torso, depicted as a bottle, extend yellow arms, ending in large hands in white gloves clinging to the torso, and widely spaced thin legs, also yellow in the torso, wearing pointed white shoes. On the front of the torso, the diagonal inscription "PERLA" in white letters on a dark red background. The design can be made of any material, in various sizes, colors, and combinations.
