【物品用途】;本設計係為一種涼茶飲料之包裝容器，用於盛裝涼茶。;【設計說明】;由各視圖所示，本設計包裝容器的形狀大致呈八角形之碗狀，具有一碗身和一碗蓋，碗身的寬度由碗蓋下方開始收縮，至底部形成小八角形的底座。此外，碗蓋表面上的圖案，分別有以地盤工人為造型的圖像，描述此工作所引致的身體疲勞症狀，對應所承載之涼茶的果效，以及人物背後的圖案、於邊緣上圍繞著的圖騰所組成的圖案。及碗身和底座邊沿也印有圖騰，圖騰是以品牌名稱「CHA」英文字母設計而成。整體觀之，本設計以故事性般的插畫風格、強烈鮮明的配色、新穎的造型，呈現出有別於以往包裝視覺之平凡意象，構成整體外觀具特異視覺效果之設計。;本設計在整體外觀已展現出與習用物品完全不同之新穎風貌，爰依法提出設計專利申請。;俯視圖所揭露之虛線部分屬商標和飲料資訊，為不主張設計之部分。;因前視圖、後視圖、左側視圖與右側視圖相同，故省略右側視圖、左側視圖與後視圖。[Use of item]; This design is a packaging container for herbal tea drinks, used to hold herbal tea. ;[Design Description];As shown in each view, the shape of the packaging container of this design is roughly an octagonal bowl, with a bowl body and a bowl lid.
