Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia scianke przednia , górna oraz scianke tylna opakowania, a fig. 2 przedstawiaja scianke dolna i scianki boczne. Opakowanie ma postac kartonowego pudelka w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Wszystkie scianki opakowania maja jednakowy ciemnozielony kolor a na ich powierzchniach rozmieszczone sa charakterystyczne rysunkowe elementy ozdobne, a takze róznego rodzaju napisy informacyjne, których tresc nie stanowi istoty wzoru zdobniczego . Wzdluz osi pionowej wszystkich scianek opakowania usytuowane sa napisy informacyjne lezace jeden pod drugim. Najwyzej znajduje sie napis RAMADA stanowiacy nazwe herbaty pisany typowa czcionka drukowana i wykonany w kolorze bialym. Bezposrednio pod napisem znajduje sie zólty stylizowany ornament. Ponizej, na okolo polowie wysokosci scianki,znajduje sie napis informacyjny pisany duza czcionka , przy czym poszczególne litery tego napisu maja od góry kolor zólty a od dolu bialy a ponadto zaopatrzone sa w delikatna podwójna dwukolorowa linie konturowa . Wysokosc liter tego napisu jest wieksza od wysokosci wszystkich pozostalych napisów na opakowaniu. Na sciankach przedniej, górnej i tylnej ponizej znajduja sie dwa kolejne napisy informacyjne wykonane w kolorze bialym , z których ten polozony wyzej pisany jest stylizowanym pismem recznym a polozony nizej zwyklym pismem drukowanym. Wszystkie scianki opakowania zaopatrzone sa w delikatna zólta obwódke biegnaca wzdluz krawedzi scianek. Linie obwódki w naroznikach zbiegaja sie do wewnatrz i przechodza w stylizowany ornament roslinny. W prawym dolnym rogu wszystkich scianek opakowania z wyjatkiem scianki dolnej znajduje sie biala filizanka z herbata zaopatrzona na powierzchni w napis stanowiacy nawe herbaty wykonany w kolorze czarnym. Na przedniej sciance w lewym górnym rogu znajduje sie hologram , wewnatrz którego usytuowany jest stylizowany czajniczek do herbaty. W lewym górnym rogu scianki tylnej znajduje sie kolo o bialej powierzchni , wewnatrz którego umieszczony jest napis stanowiacy pelna nazwe zglaszajacego oraz stylizowany kielich , którego nózke otacza wezyk zakonczony kólkiem. Pozostale napisy informacyjne znajdujace sie na sciankach bocznych i sciance dolnej pisane sa drobnym pismem drukowanym o zóltej czcionce. PL PL PL PL PL PLTEA PACKAGING The registration right is valid from December 30, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a tea packaging in the form of a cuboid box. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the colors and lines of the individual walls of the packaging, as well as in the shape, colors, and relative arrangement of the decorative elements on the surfaces of the packaging walls. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the front, top, and back walls of the packaging, and Fig. 2 shows the bottom and side walls. The packaging is in the form of a cardboard box in the shape of a cuboid. All the packaging walls are a uniform dark green, and their surfaces are decorated with characteristic decorative drawings and various informational inscriptions, the content of which is not the essence of the decorative design. Along the vertical axis of all the packaging walls, informational inscriptions are arranged one below the other. At the top is the inscription "RAMADA," the name of the tea, written in a typical block font and in white. Directly below the inscription is a stylized yellow ornament. Below, approximately halfway up the wall, is an informational inscription written in a large font, with the individual letters of this inscription colored yellow at the top and white at the bottom, and additionally provided with a subtle double, two-color contour line. The height of this inscription's letters is greater than that of all the other inscriptions on the packaging. On the front, top, and rear walls, below them, are two further white informational inscriptions, the upper one in stylized handwriting and the lower one in plain block script. All sides of the packaging are accented with a delicate yellow border running along the edges. The border lines in the corners converge inward and merge into a stylized floral ornament. In the lower right corner of all sides of the packaging, except the bottom wall, is a white tea cup with a black inscription on the surface representing the name of the tea. On the front wall, in the upper left corner, is a hologram, inside which is a stylized teapot. In the upper left corner of the rear wall, there is a white circle, inside which is an inscription representing the full name of the applicant and a stylized chalice, the stem of which is surrounded by a snake ending in a circle. The remaining information on the side walls and bottom wall is written in small, yellow block letters. PL PL PL PL PL PL
