Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko stanowiace opakowanie slodyczy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej, charakterystycznej grafice i zestawieniu kolorów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na rysunkach Fig.l do Fig. 7, przy czym Fig.l przedstawia pudelko z otwarta pokrywka a Fig.2 do Fig.7 szesc odmian pudelka z pokrywka widziana z góry z zewnatrz. Do istotnych cech samego pudelka nalezy ksztalt w postaci plaskiego pudelka o podstawie czworoboku, którego wnetrze jest pomniejszone o szerokosc ramki tworzacej paspartu, w kolorze zlotym a którego zewnetrzna strona pokrywki jest niebieska i posiada zdobienia. Kazda z szesciu odmian pudelka posiada wersje, której istotna cecha jest pozytywka grajaca, umieszczona pomiedzy warstwami pokrywki w srodkowej czesci przy linii laczacej dolna czesc pudelka z pokrywka i jest uruchamiana poprzez otwarcie pokrywki. Pierwsza odmiana pudelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma podstawe kwadratowa a na pokrywce zdobienia jak pokazano na rysunku Fig.2, na niebieskim tle centralnie umieszczony jest zloty napis, wykonany pismem kunstler script w obwódce o ksztalcie owalu wokól którego jest szesc jednakowych zlotych gwiazdek a owal z napisem obejmuje, z lewej strony ku prawej, falujaca wstazeczka bialo-czerwona, przy czym napis, linia owalu i gwiazdki sa wytloczone. Druga odmiana pudelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma podstawe kwadratowa a na pokrywce zdobienia jak pokazano na rysunku Fig.3, na niebieskim tle centralnie umieszczony jest zloty napis, wykonany pismem kunstler script w obwódce o ksztalcie owalu wokól którego sa rozmieszczone zlote gwiazdki o róznej wielkosci, a owal z napisem obejmuje, od góiy i z lewej strony ku dolowi w prawo, falujaca wstazeczka bialo-czerwona, przy czym napis, linia owalu i gwiazdki sa wytloczone.Trzecia odmiana pudelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma podstawe kwadratowa a na pokrywce zdobienia jak pokazano na rysunku Fig.4, na niebieskim tle centralnie umieszczony jest zloty napis, wykonany pismem kunstler script a z lewej jego strony po luku sa rozmieszczone zlote gwiazdki, kazda innej wielkosci, przy czym napis i gwiazdki sa wytloczone. Czwarta odmiana pudelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma podstawe kwadratowa a na pokrywce zdobienia, jak pokazano na rysunku Fig.5, na niebieskim tle centralnie umieszczony jest zloty napis, wykonany pismem kunstler script, w obwódce o ksztalcie owalu, przy czym napis i linia owalu sa wytloczone. Piata odmiana pudelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma podstawe prostokatna a na pokrywce zdobienia, jak pokazano na rysunku Fig.6, na niebieskim tle centralnie umieszczony jest zloty napis, wykonany pismem kunstler script, w obwódce o ksztalcie owalu która obejmuje falujaca wstazeczka biala a na dole z lewej strony jest piec zlotych gwiazdek ulozonych po luku, przy czym napis, linia owalu i gwiazdki sa wytloczone. The essence of the industrial design is the form of the item, manifested in original, distinctive graphics and color combinations. The industrial design is shown in Figures 1 to 7, where Figure 1 shows a box with an open lid, and Figures 2 to 7 show six variations of the box with a lid viewed from above. The box's essential features include a flat, quadrangular-based box, the interior of which is reduced by the width of the gold-colored frame, and the exterior of which is blue and decorated. Each of the six box variations has a version whose essential feature is a musical box, located between the layers of the lid in the center, near the line connecting the bottom of the box to the lid. It is activated by opening the lid. The first type of box is characterized by a square base and a decoration on the lid as shown in Fig. 2, on a blue background there is a centrally placed gold inscription, written in the Kunstler Script script, in an oval-shaped frame around which there are six identical gold stars, and the oval with the inscription is surrounded, from left to right, by a wavy white and red ribbon, with the inscription, the line of the oval and the stars being embossed. The second type of box is characterized by a square base and decorations on the lid as shown in Fig. 3. A gold inscription in Kunstler Script script is placed centrally on a blue background, surrounded by an oval-shaped border with gold stars of various sizes. The oval with the inscription is surrounded by a wavy red and white ribbon from the top and left to the bottom to the right, with the inscription, the oval line, and the stars being embossed. The third type of box is characterized by a square base and decorations on the lid as shown in Fig. 4. A gold inscription in Kunstler Script script is placed centrally on a blue background, and gold stars, each of a different size, are placed on the left side of the oval in an arc, with the inscription and the stars being embossed. The fourth box variety is characterized by a square base and a decoration on the lid, as shown in Figure 5. A gold inscription in Kunstler Script is centrally placed on a blue background, within an oval-shaped border, with the inscription and the oval line embossed. The fifth box variety is characterized by a rectangular base and a decoration on the lid, as shown in Figure 6. A gold inscription in Kunstler Script is centrally placed on a blue background, within an oval-shaped border, encompassed by a wavy white ribbon. At the bottom left are five gold stars arranged in an arc, with the inscription, the oval line, and the stars embossed. The sixth type of box is characterized by a square base and a decoration on the lid as shown in Fig. 7, on a blue background there is a centrally placed gold inscription in the Kunstler Script script in an oval-shaped frame from under which, from the bottom, a wavy white and red ribbon emerges, the inscription and the oval line are embossed.
