Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac opakowania przejawiajaca sie w jego rysunku i ukladzie motywów graficznych i napisów, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na ilustracjach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia strone wierzchnia, fig. 2 dluzsza strone boczna, fig. 3 druga dluzsza strone boczna, a fig. 4 odwrotna strone opakowania. Opakowanie zimnych ogni wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennego pudelka. Na wierzchniej stronie fig. 1 , w dole na bialym tle znajduje sie czerwona skosna wstega z napisem bialymi literami ORIGINAL © SUREX i wizerunek krasnala na tle zielonych drzew i osniezonej góry w czerwono - bialym stroju, trzymajacego zimny ogien otoczony gwiazdkami w kolorach: tóltymfniebL i pomaranczowym, które sa umieszczone na niebieskim tle. Powyzej na niebieskim tle z gwiazdkami, wzdluz dluzszego boku znajduje sie napis drukowanymi zóltymi literami ZIMNE OGNIE, a obok pomaranczowa i czerwona gwiazda. U góry wzdluz krótszego boku umieszczono napisy drukowanymi bialymi literami SPARKLERS, niebieskimi literami PRSKAVKY i zóltymi EEHrAJIbCKAH CBE^A . Na scianie bocznej fig. 2 umieszczono wzdluz dluzszego boku napisy oddzielone czerwonymi okregami, SPARKLERS w kolorze niebieskim na bialym tle, a na niebieskim tle pomaranczowymi literami EEHrMbCKM CBEMA, zóltymi literami ZIMNE OGNIE i bialymi PRSKAYKY.Na drugiej scianie bocznej fig. 3 umieszczono wzdluz dluzszego boku napisy oddzielone czerwonymi okregami, na bialym tle PRSKAVKY w kolorze niebieskim, na niebieskim i bialym tle ZIMNE OGNIE w kolorze pomaranczowym, oraz na niebieskim tle zóltymi literami BEHrAJlbCKAfl CBE^A i bialymi SPARKLERS . Na odwrotnej strome opakowania fig. 4 umieszczono w dolnej czesci bialy czworokat, dwie niebieskie równolegle linie oddzielajace miejsce na napisy informacyjne, a w górnej czesci napis stylizowanymi niebieskimi literami SUREX. The essence of the design is a new form of packaging, manifested in its design and arrangement of graphic motifs and inscriptions, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the design is shown in the illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows the top side, Fig. 2 the longer side side, Fig. 3 the second longer side side, and Fig. 4 the reverse side of the packaging. According to the design, the sparkler packaging has the shape of a cuboid box. On the top of fig. 1, at the bottom on a white background, there's a red diagonal ribbon with the inscription in white letters "ORIGINAL © SUREX" and an image of a dwarf, dressed in a red and white outfit against a background of green trees and a snow-covered mountain, holding a cold fire surrounded by yellow and orange stars on a blue background. Above, on a blue background with stars, along the longer side is the inscription in block yellow letters "ZIMNE OGNIE" (COLD FIREFIGHTERS), and next to it are orange and red stars. At the top along the shorter side are the inscriptions in block white letters "SPARKLERS", in blue letters "PRSKAVKY", and in yellow letters "EEHrAJIbCKAH CBE^A". On the side of fig. 2, along the longer side, there are inscriptions separated by red circles: SPARKLERS in blue on a white background, and on the blue background, the orange letters EEHrMbCKM CBEMA, the yellow letters ZIMNE OGNIE, and the white letters PRSKAYKY. On the other side of fig. 3, there are inscriptions along the longer side, separated by red circles: PRSKAVKY in blue on a white background, ZIMNE OGNIE in orange on a blue and white background, and on the blue background, the yellow letters BEHrAJlbCKAfl CBE^A and the white letters SPARKLERS. On the reverse side of the packaging of fig. 4, there is a white quadrangle in the lower part, two blue parallel lines separating the space for information inscriptions, and in the upper part, the inscription in stylized blue letters SUREX.
