Wiekszosc etykiet ma ksztalt prostokata, kola lub owalu. Celem wzoru przemyslowego jest opracowanie etykiety przejawiajacej sie nowym atrakcyjnym ksztaltem w postaci wycinka cwiartki elipsy, wyrózniajacej sie oryginalnym rysunkiem, barwa i kolorowymi napisami, nadajacej jej oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy osiagniecie nieoczekiwanego efektu estetycznego, reklamowego i marketingowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, gdzie Fig.1, Fig.2, Fig.3 i Fig.4 przedstawiaja cztery odmiany etykietujetych w ujeciu schematycznym, z kolei Flg.la, Fig.2a, Fig.3a i Fig.4a przedstawiaja barwne reprodukcje poszczególnych czterech odmian etykiet. Na pozostalej granatowej plaszczyznie w centralnym miejscu usytuowana jest fotografia przedstawiajaca wizerunek kobiety - do polowy, w pozycji z rekami wspartymi na biodrach. Kobieta ubrana jest w biala bluzke granatowy serdak na ramiaczkach i granatowa spódnice. W lewym górnym narozu widnieje bialy napis a pod nim znak graficzny. Znak graficzny ma ksztalt granatowego poziomego owalu z biala obwiednia na którego dluzszej osi widnieje bialy napis. Natomiast w jego górnym obrzezu umieszczona jest obwiednia w formie czerwonego paska, który w dolnym fragmencie przybiera postac rozwinietej bialo - czerwonej wstegi, wystajacej swym koncem poza obrzeza ww. elementu. Pod wstega umieszczony jest bialy napis. Po prawej stronie wizerunku kobiety umieszczony jest napis wykonany duzymi zóltymi literami. Przy czym przedstawiona na Fig.1 i Fig.la odmiana etykiety ma pas w formie obwiedni, który w dolnym jej fragmencie ma kolor ciemnozielony przechodzacy w górnym fragmencie w kolor jasnozielony. W górnym prawym narozu etykiety umieszczony jest graficzny element w ksztalcie zielonego okregu z granatowa obwiednia umieszczona na polowie okregu, usytuowanego na plaszczyznie jasno zielonego pasa. Przedstawiona na Fig.2 i Fig.2a kolejna odmiana etykiety ma pas w formie obwiedni, który w dolnym jej fragmencie ma kolor granatowy przechodzacy w górnym jej fragmencie w kolor jasnoniebieski.Przedstawiona na Fig. 3 i Fig 3a nastepna odmiana etykiety ma pas w formie obwiedni, który w dolnym jej fragmencie ma kolor pomaranczowy przechodzacy w górnym fragmencie w kolor zólty. Przedstawiona na Fig.4 i Fig.4a odmiana etykiety ma pas w formie obwiedni w kolorze czerwonym. A well-known graphic symbol, protected by trademark R-108144, is in the shape of a quarter circle. Its central section features a curved white stripe dividing the surface into two parts, the upper part red and the lower part blue. Most labels are rectangular, circular, or oval. The aim of the industrial design is to create a label with a new, attractive shape, a segment of a quarter ellipse, distinguished by its original design, color, and colorful lettering, giving it a unique appearance that allows for an unexpected aesthetic, advertising, and marketing effect. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 present four label variations schematically, while Flg. 1a, Fig. 2a, Fig. 3a, and Fig. 4a present color reproductions of each of the four label variations. The label, according to the industrial design, is shaped like the lower right segment of a quarter-ellipse, with an arc-shaped band along the edge, widening towards the top. The band features an inscription in large white letters. The remaining navy blue surface centrally features a photograph of a woman—half-length, with her hands resting on her hips. The woman is wearing a white blouse, a navy blue sleeveless vest, and a navy blue skirt. In the upper left corner, there is a white inscription, with a graphic symbol beneath it. The graphic symbol is a navy blue horizontal oval with a white border, along the longer axis of which white inscription appears. Its upper edge features a red border, which in its lower section takes the form of an unfurled red and white ribbon, extending beyond the edges of the aforementioned element. Below the ribbon is white inscription. To the right of the woman's image is an inscription in large yellow letters. The label variant shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a has a border-shaped border, which is dark green in the lower section and light green in the upper section. In the upper right corner of the label, a graphic element in the shape of a green circle is placed, with a navy blue border placed on half of the circle, situated on the surface of the light green stripe. The next label variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a has a border-like stripe, which is navy blue in the lower section and fades to light blue in the upper section. The next label variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a has a border-like stripe, which is orange in the lower section and fades to yellow in the upper section. The label variant shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a has a red border-like stripe. Significant features of the industrial design The significant features of the label according to the subject industrial design, which distinguish it from other labels, are the shape in the form of the lower right segment of a quarter ellipse, which, combined with the design of the remaining surface, gives it a new, original appearance. Along the arc-shaped edge, a colored border-like stripe is located, which widens in the upper section. An inscription in large white letters is placed around the waist. The remaining navy blue surface features a central photograph of a woman, half-length, with her hands resting on her hips. The woman is wearing a white blouse, a navy blue sleeveless vest, and a navy blue skirt. In the upper left corner, there is white inscription, with a graphic symbol underneath.
