Opakowanie kartonowe do napojów. Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 23.07.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie kartonowe do napojów. Istota wzoru zdobniczego sa zdobienia, rozmieszczenie, barwy oraz ksztalt i rozmieszczenie napisów. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, gdzie pokazano opakowanie w rozwinieciu, które po zlozeniu stanowi prostopadloscian kartonowy do napojów. Opakowanie w rozwinieciu jest prostokatem, który sklada sie z /dwóch takich samych powtarzajacych sie czesci o lustrzanym odbiciu, które po zlozeniu stanowia dwie sciany czolowe oraz boczne. Tlem calego opakowania jest kolor bialy. W srodkowej czesci scian czolowych jest rysunek polówki pomaranczowo- zóltego sloneczka z promykami w postaci spadajacych kropek zlocistego napoju, przy czym na jednej scianie sloneczko ma okulary z czerwonymi serduszkami w zielonych oprawkach z zaznaczonym noskiem i ustami w postaci zielonej gwiazdki, a na drugiej scianie na sloneczku pozostawiono tylko zielona gwiazdke. Nad rysunkiem znajduja sie slowa VITAN i fresch bedace znakiem towarowym, zas pod rysunkiem na jednej scianie jest napis - napój pomaranczowy-, a na drugiej w jezyku angielskim - orange drink - pisane malymi literami z zielona obwódka. The essence of the design is the decorations, arrangement, colors, and the shape and arrangement of inscriptions. The design is presented in the drawing, which shows the unfolded packaging, which, when folded, forms a cuboid cardboard beverage box. The unfolded packaging is a rectangle consisting of two identical, mirror-image repeating parts, which, when folded, constitute the two front and side walls. The background of the entire packaging is white. In the center of the front walls is a drawing of half an orange-yellow sun with rays in the form of falling dots of golden drink. On one wall, the sun is wearing glasses with red hearts in green frames, with a marked nose and mouth in the form of a green star. On the other wall, only the green star remains on the sun. Above the drawing are the trademark words VITAN and fresh, while below the drawing on one wall is the inscription "orange drink" and on the other in English "orange drink" written in lowercase letters with a green border. The left side of the rectangle, which belongs to the left side wall, contains information in Polish and English about the composition, standards, and storage of the beverage. The right side, which belongs to the right side wall, contains the barcode and manufacturer's information. The parts of the rectangle belonging to the front walls are separated by narrow rectangles, which constitute the lower base of the white cuboid and the upper part, which has an orange-yellow sun on the right side, as on the front walls. On the other side, information about the use-by date in Polish and English, and on the opposite edges, ecological labels suggesting proper disposal of used packaging.
