Na powierzchni wiekszego prostokata stanowiacego górna czesc owijki umiejscowiony jest ukosny, nieostro wydzielony, bialy pas, na którym, na linii jego osi, znajduje sie stylizowany napis JABLUSZKO w kolorze zieleni butelkowej z zóltymcieniem z prawej strony od dolu, a pod nim, równolegle, zwykla czcionka, takze w kolorze zieleni butelkowej, napis MYDLO TOALETOWE. W dwóch narozach prostokata znajdujacych sie na osi poprzecznej do osi bialego pasa znajduja sie pomniejszone kopie napisów JABLUSZKO oraz MYDLO TOALETOWE. Na pograniczu bialego pasa, w poblizu jego zakonczen, umieszczone sa owoce jablek w kolorze zielonym, z bialym refleksem w górnej czesci owocu oraz z listkiem przytwierdzonym do szypulki jablka. Nad centralnym napisem na bialym pasie znajduja sie po obu stronach pojedyncze owoce, pod napisem, z prawej strony owoc jablka w powiekszeniu, natomiast z lewej strony dwa owoce. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows an unfolded sheet of the packaging wrapper. When unfolded, the wrapper has the shape of a flat, rectangular sheet. The packaging sheet is generally light greenish in color and divided across the longer sides into two unequal rectangular parts, in a mutual proportion of approximately 1:4, divided by a yellowish line. The surface of the smaller rectangle contains information inscriptions. On the surface of the larger rectangle constituting the upper part of the wrapper is a diagonal, blurred white stripe, on which, along its axis, appears a stylized inscription "APPLE" in bottle green with a yellow shadow on the bottom right. Below it, in parallel, in plain font, also in bottle green, is the inscription "TOILET MYDLO" (TOILET MYDLO). In the two corners of the rectangle, located on an axis transverse to the axis of the white stripe, are reduced copies of the inscriptions "APPLE" and "TOILET MYDLO" (TOILET MYDLO). On the border of the white stripe, near its ends, are green apples, with a white highlight on the upper part of the fruit and a leaf attached to the apple's stem. Above the central inscription, on a white stripe, there are single fruits on both sides.
