Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w rysunku oraz barwie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, która przed- stawia widok ogólny pudelka. Pudelko ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu. W górnej czesci pudelka znajdu- je sie poziomy pas, ponizej którego na szerszej sciance usytuowany jest napis, oddzielony pozioma linia od umieszczonych nizej napisów. Pod napisami znaj- duje sie prostokat z usytuowanymi wewnatrz napisami. W srodkowej czesci wierzchniej scianki oraz w dolnej czesci szerszej scianki znajduje sie owalna obwódka z umieszczonym wewnatrz napisem. Wszystkie napisy, owalne ob- wódki oraz poziomy pas posiadaja kontrastowe barwy. Obwód i górna czesc prostokata posiadaja ciemna barwe, natomiast dolna czesc prostokata, wierzchnia scianka oraz górne czesci szerszej i wezszej scianki, usytuowane powyzej pozio- mego pasa sa koloru bezowego z rozmieszczonymi nierównomiernie jasnymii ciemnymi punktami o zmiennym natezeniu szarosci, a czesci szerszej i wezszej scianki, umieszczone ponizej poziomego pasa posiadaja barwe jasnokremowa. PL PLBUDELK O The right of registration of an ornamental design has been valid since July 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a box intended for packaging cosmetic products. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the drawing and color. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows a general view of the box. The box is cuboid-shaped. In the upper part of the box is a horizontal band, below which, on the wider side, there is an inscription, separated by a horizontal line from the inscriptions below. Below the inscriptions is a rectangle with inscriptions placed inside. In the central part of the upper side and in the lower part of the wider side, there is an oval border with an inscription placed inside. All inscriptions, oval borders, and the horizontal band are in contrasting colors. The perimeter and upper part of the rectangle are dark in color, while the lower part of the rectangle, the top wall, and the upper parts of the wider and narrower walls located above the horizontal stripe are beige in color with unevenly distributed light and dark dots of varying gray intensity, and the parts of the wider and narrower walls located below the horizontal stripe are light cream in color.
