Opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy wykonane z kartonu w ksztalcie splaszczonego prostopadloscianu. Nowa postac wzoru posiadajaca indywidualny charakter przejawia sie w ukladzie slowno-koloiystyczno-graficznym sciany frontowej tego opakowania oraz ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy w wersji czarno-bialej w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - to samo opakowanie w wersji kolorowej w widoku perspektywicznym. Sciana frontowa opakowania ozdobnego slodyczy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma tlo rózowo-czerwone z jego odcieniami i pasmami, na którym znajduje sie bukiet kwiatów zlozony z kilkunastu czerwonych róz z ciemnoczerwonymi odcieniami na ich platkach, z zielonymi liscmi oraz z umieszczonych pomiedzy nimi nieregularnie na galazkach drobnych kwiatów z bialymi platkami, przypominajacych rumiany, przy czym bukiet ten zajmuje wieksza czesc powierzchni tej sciany ograniczonej dwoma przylegajacymi do siebie bokami oraz linia usytuowana nieco powyzej przekatnej tych boków. W górnej srodkowej czesci sciany frontowej opakowania na rózowo-czerwonym tle znajduje sie logo „WAWEL" przedstawiajace brazowy prostokat z wkleslym dolnym jego bokiem otoczonym zlota soczewkowa obwódka oraz usytuowanym nad tym bokiem krótszym zlotym elementem soczewkowym, a w poblizu górnego dluzszego boku pogrubiona zlota linia, pomiedzy którymi to liniami na brazowym tle znajduje sie napis „WAWEL" wykonany zlotymi stylizowanymi literami usytuowany lukowo. Z kolei, w poblizu lewego górnego naroza na wspomnianym tle znajduje sie napis „CZEKOLADKI KONCERTOWE" usytuowany w dwóch wierszach jeden nad drugim, wykonany czesciowo stylizowanymi literami w kolorze zlotym z brazowa ich obwódka sprawiajaca wrazenie perspektywy tych liter, natomiast w prawym dolnym narozu na tle czerwonej rózy znajduje sie rysunek dwóch koncentrycznie usytuowanych wzgledem siebie zlotych kól, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie usytuowane lukowo napisy o tresci „WAWEL - PourConnoisseurs" w kolorze zlotym oddzielone od siebie zlotymi gwiazdkami, a wewnatrz nich logo „WAWEL KRAKÓW" w kolorze zlotym zlozone ze stylizowanego napisu „WAWEL", usytuowanego pod nim slowa „KRAKÓW" i nad nim rysunku imitujacego zamek wawelski. The new design, with its unique character, is evident in the word-circular-graphic arrangement of the front panel of this packaging and the arrangement of lines. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the decorative sweets packaging in a black-and-white perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same packaging in a color perspective view. The front wall of the decorative confectionery packaging in an industrial design has a pink-red background with its shades and stripes, on which there is a bouquet of flowers composed of a dozen or so red roses with dark red shades on their petals, with green leaves and, placed irregularly between them on branches, small flowers with white petals, resembling blushes, with the bouquet taking up most of the surface of this wall bounded by two adjacent sides and a line situated slightly above the diagonal of these sides. In the upper central part of the front wall of the packaging, on a pink and red background, there is the "WAWEL" logo, representing a brown rectangle with a concave lower side surrounded by a gold lenticular border and a shorter gold lenticular element situated above this side, and near the upper longer side, a bold gold line, between which lines, on a brown background, there is the inscription "WAWEL" in gold stylised letters, arranged in an arc shape. In turn, near the upper left corner, on the above-mentioned background, there is the inscription "CZEKOLADKI KONCERTOWE" placed in two lines, one above the other, made partially in stylized golden letters with a brown border giving the impression of perspective of these letters, while in the lower right corner, on the background of a red rose, there is a drawing of two concentric golden circles, between which there are arched inscriptions reading "WAWEL - PourConnoisseurs" in golden color, separated from each other by golden stars, and inside them the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo in golden color, composed of a stylized inscription "WAWEL", the word "KRAKÓW" placed below it and above it a drawing imitating Wawel Castle.
