Opakowanie wyrobów czekoladowych Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 3 marca 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie wyrobów czekoladowych, znajdujace zastosowanie w estetycznym konfekcjonowaniu, szczególnie sliwek w czekoladzie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac opakowania wyrobów czekoladowych, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz elementach zdobienia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-przedstawiajacym opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej opakowanie w widoku ogólnym.Opakowanie wyrobów czekoladowych, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane, korzystnie z tektury. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie zamykane od góry pokrywka, przypomina w swym ksztalcie starodawna cukiernice. Ma ono ksztalt bryly o podstawie wielokata. Wielokat ten przypomina w swej formie prostokat o scietych narozach. U dolu scianki czolowe i boczne opakowania sa wyposazone w lukowo wyprofilowane wyciecia, stylizujace nózki. Zdobienie czesci zbiornikowej opakowania stanowia rozmieszczone u góry i u dolu ciemne pasy, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie jasniejsza powierzchnia Posrodku scianki czolowej, na jasniejszej powierzchni jest rozmieszczony ukosnie stylizowany napis. Pod tym napisem rozciagaja sie lukowo wyprofilowane linie, stylizujace wstege. Wewnatrz tej wstegi znajduje sie napis. Stylizowany napis jest rozmieszczony takze na bocznej sciance pokrywki, widocznej od strony czolowej. Boczne scianki opakowaniai, wedlug wzoru posiadaja zdobienia w postaci rysunku dorodnych owoców umieszczonych wewnatrz owalu, przy czym owal znajduje sie na jasniejszym, srodkowym polu. Górna powierzchnia pokrywki opakowania jest na obrzezu obwiedziona szlaczkiem, utworzonym z kilku ciemnych linii o róznej grubosci. Wewnatrz tak utworzonej ramki znajduje sie rozmieszczony ukosnie stylizowany napis a pod nim lukowo wyprofilowane linie. Linie te przypominaja wstege. Wewnatrz wstegi znajduje sie napis. W dolnym, prawym narozu jest usytuowany rysunek dorodnych owoców, zas u góry, posrodku pokrywki motyw slowno-graficzny. Motyw ten ma postac czerwonego owalu, w który jest wpisane biale kolo oraz napis. Niektóre litery tego napisu sa biale a niektóre czerwone.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PLChocolate Packaging The industrial design registration right has been in effect since March 3, 2003. The subject of the industrial design is the packaging of chocolate products, used in aesthetic packaging, particularly for chocolate-covered plums. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of chocolate packaging, according to the solution, manifests itself in the shape, surface properties, and decorative elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the packaging in a perspective view, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the packaging in a general view. The chocolate packaging, in accordance with the industrial design, is made, preferably of cardboard. Among the significant features of the industrial design are that the packaging, closed at the top with a lid, resembles an old-fashioned sugar bowl. It has a solid shape with a polygonal base. This polygon resembles a rectangle with cut corners. At the bottom, the front and side walls of the packaging are equipped with arc-shaped cutouts, stylizing legs. The container portion of the packaging is decorated with dark stripes placed at the top and bottom, between which lies a lighter surface. In the center of the front wall, on the lighter surface, a stylized inscription is placed diagonally. Beneath this inscription extend arc-shaped lines, stylizing a ribbon. Inside this ribbon is the inscription. The stylized inscription is also placed on the side wall of the lid, visible from the front. The side walls of the packaging, following the pattern, are decorated with drawings of ripe fruit placed inside an oval, with the oval located in the lighter, central area. The upper surface of the packaging lid is framed around the edge with a pattern made of several dark lines of varying thickness. Inside this frame is a diagonally arranged stylized inscription, and below it, arched lines. These lines resemble a ribbon. Inside the ribbon is the inscription. In the lower right corner is an image of ripe fruit, while at the top, in the center of the lid, there is a verbal and graphic motif. This motif takes the form of a red oval, within which is inscribed a white circle and the inscription. Some of the letters of this inscription are white, others red. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL
