Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na wyroby wedliniarskie w ksztalcie jajka - pisanki, przeznaczone do przechowywania eksponowania i sprzedazy wyrobów wedliniarskich zblizonych swym wygladem do pisanek wielkanocnych. Znane jest z wzoru przemyslowego nr Rp 138 opakowanie przeznaczone do prezentacji i sprzedazy wyrobów wedliniarskich, które wykonane jest z tektury, w ksztalcie poziomo usytuowanego prostopadloscianu. Górna scianka opakowania pelni funkcje otwieranego wieczka, które polaczone jest z pozostala czescia opakowania przegubem utworzonym w górnej krawedzi tylnej scianki. Górna scianka ma na swym przedluzeniu zagiety wystep. Wieczko w swej srodkowej czesci zagiete jest do srodka. Z pierwszej czesci zagietej górnej scianki, powyzej osi zagiecia, wyciety jest element plaszczyzny w postaci wycinka w ksztalcie polowy owalu opartego na dluzszej jego osi, na którym umieszczony jest slowno - graficzny znak towarowy, w ksztalcie owalu z granatowym tlem. Znak towarowy ma na swym tle wpisana cienka zlota owalna linie. W górnej czesci zlotej linii usytuowany jest ozdobny ornament, w ksztalcie zlotej korony a w dolnej czesci umieszczony jest zloty napis. W srodkowym fragmencie owalnej plaszczyzny znaku umieszczony jest wykonany bialymi malymi stylizowanymi literami napis. Pod znakiemusytuowany jest bialy napis a pod nim napisy uksztaltowane w formie wycinka owalu, przy czym górna czesc napisu jest granatowa a dolna jest biala. Przednia pionowa scianka w górnej swej czesci ma wyciecie w ksztalcie odwróconego trapezu a dwie górne krawedzie scian bocznych maja przedluzenia w postaci waskich zakladek. Na sciankach bocznych opakowania wykonany jest duzymi bialymi literami napis a pod nim granatowy uksztaltowany w formie wycinka owalu. Pod w/w napisem umieszczony jest wyzej opisany owalny znak graficzny. Na przedniej sciance umieszczony jest takze owalny znak graficzny a pod nim granatowy napis. Tylna scianka ma umieszczony owalny znak graficzny a pod nim granatowe napisy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na wyroby wedliniarskie o takiej konstrukcji, która umozliwialaby przechowywanie i estetyczne eksponowanie umieszczonych w nim wyrobów wedliniarskich. Opakowanie ma ksztalt prostokatnej tacy z wglebieniami w formie odcinka kuli (Fig. 1). W ww. opakowaniu wyroby wedliniarskie w ksztalcie jajka - pisanki ulozone sa pionowo w ww. wglebieniach (Fig.2). Known from industrial design no. Rp 138, the packaging for the display and sale of cold cuts is made of cardboard in the shape of a horizontally oriented cuboid. The top wall of the packaging functions as an opening lid, which is connected to the rest of the packaging by a hinge formed in the upper edge of the rear wall. The top wall has a curved protrusion along its extension. The lid is curved inward in its central section. From the first part of the curved upper wall, above the fold axis, a flat element is cut out in the form of a half-oval segment based on its longer axis. On this segment is placed the trademark's word-figurative mark, shaped like an oval with a navy blue background. A thin gold oval line is inscribed on the background. A decorative ornament in the shape of a gold crown is located at the top of the gold line, and a gold inscription is placed at the bottom. In the central part of the oval surface of the mark, there is an inscription in small, stylized white letters. Below the mark is a white inscription, and below it, inscriptions shaped like an oval segment, with the upper part of the inscription being navy blue and the lower part white. The front vertical wall has a cutout in the upper part in the shape of an inverted trapezoid, and the two upper edges of the side walls have extensions in the form of narrow tabs. The side walls of the packaging feature an inscription in large white letters, and below it, a navy blue inscription shaped like a segment of an oval. Below the inscription is the oval graphic symbol described above. The front wall also features an oval graphic symbol, with a navy blue inscription below it. The rear wall features an oval graphic symbol, with navy blue inscriptions below it. The essence of the industrial design is a packaging for cold cuts designed to enable storage and aesthetic display of the cold cuts contained within. The packaging is shaped like a rectangular tray with recesses in the form of a segment of a sphere (Fig. 1). In the aforementioned packaging, egg-shaped cold cuts—Pancakes—are arranged vertically in the above-mentioned space. indentations (Fig. 2).
