Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy wykonane z folii celofanowej lub z folii z tworzywa sztucznego. Nowa postac wzoru posiadajaca indywidualny charakter przejawia sie w jego ukladzie slowno-kolorystyczno-graficznym i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rozwiniecie opakowania w widoku z góry w wersji czarno-bialej, fig. 2 - to samo rozwiniecie opakowania w widoku z góry w wersji kolorowej z tlem zielonym, fig. 3 - rozwiniecie odmiany opakowania pokazanego na fig. 1 w widoku z góry w wersji czarno-bialej, a fig. 4 - to samo rozwiniecie opakowania w widoku z góry w wersji kolorowej z tlem granatowym. Opakowanie slodyczy pokazane na fig. 1 i 2 stanowi prostokatny plat folii celofanowej w kolorze zielonym. W srodkowej czesci tego opakowania znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy w widoku perspektywicznym zestaw kawowy zlozony z talerzyka okraglego spelniajacego funkcje podstawki i umieszczonej na nim filizanki z kawa z kolorze bezowym z odcieniami jasnobrazowymi oraz lyzeczki w kolorze srebrnym z jego odcieniami i trzech cienkich wafelków w kolorze czekoladowym. Z lewej strony talerzyka znajduje sie figura bezbarwna - przezroczysta (na materiale ilustracyjnym pokazana jako biala) przypominajaca pólksiezyc, a naprzeciw niej z lewej strony sa usytuowane obok siebie dwie figury o identycznej wysokosci, z których jedna w kolorze jasnozielonym ma ksztalt bedacy wycinkiem pierscienia, a druga w kolorze brazowym - ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z wkleslym jego dluzszym bokiem. Na tle jasnozielonego pola bedacego wycinkiem pierscienia znajduje sie napis o tresci „Platki Czekoladowe cieniutkie wafelki w czekoladzie deserowej pur connaisseurs" usytuowany w pieciu wierszach wykonany malymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze zlotym, przy czym pierwsze duze litery „P" i „C" slów „Platki Czekoladowe" sa literami stylizowanymi. Z kolei, wspomniana figura brazowa przy wkleslym boku ma pogrubiona obwódke z kolorze zlotym, powyzej niej pogrubiona lukowa linie w kolorze zlotym, a w poblizu górnego boku pionowa pogrubiona linie w kolorze zlotym, pomiedzy którymi na brazowym tle znajduje sie napis „WAWEL" wykonany stylizowanymi literami w kolorze zlotym, stanowiac logo „WAWEL".Poza tym, po obu stronach wspomnianych rysunków i figur znajduja sie trójjezyczne napisy informacyjne o rodzaju pakowanego towaru oraz prostokatne pole jasnozielone z dalszymi napisami informacyjnymi. Odmiane opakowania pokazanego na fig. 3 i 4 stanowi równiez prostokatny plat folii celofanowej, lecz w kolorze granatowym, a elementy wystepujace na fig. 1 i 2 jako jasnozielone zostaly zastapione kolorem niebieskim. Pozostaly uklad slowno-kolorystyczno-graficzny jest analogiczny jak w opakowaniu pokazanym na fig. 1 i 2, przy czym na tle niebieskiego pola bedacego wycinkiem pierscienia znajduje sie napis o tresci „Platki Czekoladowe cieniutkie wafelki w czekoladzie mlecznej pur connaisseurs". The new design, with its unique character, manifests itself in its word, color, and graphic arrangement, and line layout. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a top view of the package in black and white, Fig. 2 shows the same top view of the package in color with a green background, Fig. 3 shows a top view of the package variation shown in Fig. 1 in black and white, and Fig. 4 shows the same top view of the package in color with a navy blue background. The confectionery package shown in Figs. 1 and 2 consists of a rectangular sheet of green cellophane foil. In the center of this package, there's a perspective drawing of a coffee set consisting of a round saucer serving as a saucer, a beige-colored coffee cup with light brown hues, a silver spoon with silver hues, and three thin chocolate wafers. To the left of the saucer is a colorless, transparent figure (shown as white in the illustration) resembling a crescent moon. Opposite it on the left are two figures of identical height, one light green, shaped like a segment of a ring, and the other brown, shaped like a rectangle with a concave longer side. Against the background of a light green field, which is a section of a ring, there is an inscription reading "Platka Czekoladowe - thin wafers in dark chocolate, pur connaisseurs", arranged in five lines, written in small, block gold letters, with the first capital letters "P" and "C" of the words "Platka Czekoladowe" being stylized letters. In turn, the aforementioned brown figure has a bold gold border near the concave side, above it a bold, arc-shaped gold line, and near the upper side a vertical, bold gold line, between which, on a brown background, there is the inscription "WAWEL" written in stylized gold letters, constituting the "WAWEL" logo. In addition, on both sides of the aforementioned drawings and figures there are trilingual informational inscriptions about the type of packaged goods and a rectangular light green field with further informational inscriptions. A variation of the packaging shown in Figures 3 and 4 also consists of a rectangular sheet of cellophane foil, but in navy blue, and the light green elements in Figures 1 and 2 have been replaced with blue. The remaining word, color, and graphic arrangement is analogous to that in the packaging shown in Figures 1 and 2, with the inscription "Chocolate Flakes - thin wafers in milk chocolate pur connaisseurs" placed against a blue background, which is a segment of a ring.
