Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania dla witamin i mineralów z napisami, rysunkami i oznaczeniami informacyjnymi. Etykiete mozna stosowac na opakowaniach o róznych ksztaltach na przyklad prostopadlosciennych lub walcowych. Znane sa prostokatne etykiety zaopatrzone w róznorodne napisy i elementy obrazowe. Nowa postac i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w rozmieszczeniu poszczególnych elementów graficznych oraz napisów i kompozycji powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na ilustracjach, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane etykiety, fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane etykiety, fig. 3 przedstawia trzecia odmiane etykiety. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Pierwsza odmiana etykiety wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata. Etykieta ma z lewej strony, wzdluz swojego dluzszego boku, szeroki pas, który zajmuje okolo jednej czwartej krótszego boku etykiety, na któiym znajduje sie fantazyjny napis ,,CALM-MAXT' napisany czcionka majuskulowa o kroju zblizonym do zmodernizowanego pisma blokowego. Litery sa obrócone o 90° w lewo tak, ze napis „CALM-MAXI" jest równolegly do dluzszego boku etykiety, równolegle pod literami „CA" na ichszerokosci znajduje sie wykonany czcionka majuskulowa napis „Suplement diety". Pod litera „M" umieszczona jest informacja o zawartosci opakowania. W górnej czesci etykiety z prawej strony napisu „CALM-MAXI" w prostokacie znajduje sie zdjecie przedstawiajace wizerunek dwóch osób, kobiety i mezczyzny, w uscisku, usmiechnietych. Nad prostokatem w prawym rogu znajduje sie logo producenta - znak towarowy slowno - graficzny „futurepharma", a pod prostokatem z prawej strony etykiety znajduje sie napis „Na dobiy dzien" pisany duzymi, pochylymi literami. Napis ten umieszczony jest pomiedzy dwoma równoleglymi liniami. W dole etykiety znajduje sie napis „naturalny preparat nowej generacji" napisany czcionka majuskulowa. W srodku, pomiedzy napisem „Na dobry dzien" a napisem „naturalny preparat nowej generacji" znajduje sie motyw ozdobny w postaci fantazyjnego sloneczka, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1. Druga odmiana etykiety wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata. Etykieta ma z lewej strony, wzdluz swojego dluzszego boku, szeroki pas, który zajmuje okolo jednej czwartej krótszego boku etykiety, na którym znajduje sie fantazyjny napis „CALM-MAXI" napisany czcionka majuskulowa o kroju zblizonym do zmodernizowanego pisma blokowego. Trzecia odmiana etykiety wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata. W górnej czesci etykiety z prawej strony znajduje sie napis stanowiacy znak towarowy Zglaszajacego slowno - graficzny „futurepharma", a pod znakiem towarowym przez cala szerokosc etykiety przechodzi fantazyjny napis „CALM-MAXT napisany czcionka majuskulowa o kroju zblizonym do zmodernizowanego pisma blokowego. Ponizej z lewej strony umieszczone jest zdjecie, na któiym znajduje sie wizerunek dwóch osób, mlodej kobiety i mlodego mezczyzny, usmiechnietych i przytulonych do siebie. Pod zdjeciem umieszczony jest napis „naturalny preparat nowej generacji" napisany czcionka majuskulowa. Z prawej strony etykiety, obok zdjecia znajduje sie pole w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, w którym górny lewy róg jest sciety, a na jego wysokosci znajduje sie napis „Na dobre samopoczucie", napisany duzymi pochylymi literami, a dolny prawy róg tego prostokat a laczy boki po luku wkleslym, powyzej linii którego znajduje sie motyw ozdobny w postaci fantazyjnego rysunku, przedstawiajacego zachodzace na siebie dwie glówki z wlosami, imitujace zadowolone twarze kobiety i mezczyzny. The label can be used on packaging of various shapes, such as cuboids or cylinders. Rectangular labels are known, featuring a variety of inscriptions and pictorial elements. The new form and individual character of the industrial design are evident in the arrangement of individual graphic elements, inscriptions, and surface composition. The industrial design is illustrated in the illustrations: Fig. 1 shows the first version of the label, Fig. 2 shows the second version of the label, and Fig. 3 shows the third version of the label. Essential features of the industrial design: The first version of the label, according to the design, is rectangular. The label has a wide band on the left side, along its longer side, which takes up about a quarter of the shorter side of the label. It features the fanciful inscription "CALM-MAXT" written in a capital lettering similar to a modernized block script. The letters are rotated 90° to the left so that the inscription "CALM-MAXI" is parallel to the longer side of the label. The inscription "Dietary supplement" appears in a capital lettering across the width of the letters "CA." Information about the package contents is located under the letter "M." In the upper part of the label, to the right of the inscription "CALM-MAXI," a rectangle features a photograph of two people, a woman and a man, embracing and smiling. Above the rectangle in the right corner is the manufacturer's logo - the word-graphic trademark "futurepharma," and below the rectangle on the right side of the label is the inscription "Na dobiy dzien" written in large, italic letters. This inscription is placed between two parallel lines. At the bottom of the label is the inscription "naturalny preparacyjne nowe generatowany" (new generation natural preparation) written in capital letters. In the middle, between the inscription "Na dobry dzien" (new generation natural preparation) and the inscription "Natural preparacje nowe generatowany" (new generation natural preparation) there is a decorative motif in the form of a fanciful sun, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second version of the label according to the pattern is rectangular. The label has a wide strip on the left side, along its longer side, which takes up about one-quarter of the shorter side of the label, on which is the fanciful inscription "CALM-MAXI" written in capital letters with a font similar to a modernized block lettering. The letters are rotated 90° to the left so that the inscription "CALM-MAXI" is parallel to the longer side of the label. Parallel to the letters "CA" across their width is the inscription "Dietary supplement" in capital letters. Under the letter "M" is information about the package contents. In the upper part of the label, to the right of the inscription "CALM-MAXI", in a rectangle, there is a photo of a sleeping woman. Above the rectangle in the right corner is the manufacturer's logo - the verbal and graphic trademark "futurepharma", and below the rectangle on the right side of the label is the inscription "For a good night's sleep" in capital letters. This inscription is placed between two parallel lines. At the bottom of the label is the inscription "natural preparation of a new generation" in capital letters. In the middle, between the inscription "For a good night's sleep" and the inscription "a natural preparation of a new generation", there is a decorative motif in the form of a fanciful moon, opposite which, on an arc, there is a field in the shape of a triangle with an arc-convex upper side, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 2. The third version of the label according to the pattern has the shape of a rectangle. In the upper right-hand part of the label there is an inscription constituting the Applicant's trademark, the word and figurative mark "futurepharma", and below the trademark, across the entire width of the label, there is a fanciful inscription reading "CALM-MAXT", written in a capital lettering similar to a modernized block lettering. Below, on the left-hand side, there is a photo of two people, a young woman and a young man, smiling and hugging each other. Below the photo is the inscription "natural preparation of a new generation" written in capital lettering. On the right side of the label, next to the photo, there is a box in the shape of a rectangle, in which the upper left corner is cut off, and at its height there is the inscription "For good well-being", written in large, italic letters, and the lower right corner of this rectangle connects the sides in a concave arc, above which there is a decorative motif in the form of a fanciful drawing, representing two overlapping heads with hair, imitating the happy faces of a woman and a man.
