The packaging is a cuboid box. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of packaging, manifested in the graphic design of the individual packaging walls, the graphic and color layout, and the relative positioning of the decorative graphic elements on their surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the packaging in the shape of a cuboidal box in an unfolded state, in which the background of the individual walls is red, Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the packaging in the shape of a cuboidal box in an unfolded state, in which the background of the individual walls is blue, Fig. 3 shows the third variant of the packaging in the shape of a cuboidal box in an unfolded state, in which the background of the individual walls is green. Essential features of the industrial design: The first variation of the industrial design, shown in the attached illustration - Fig. 1, has the shape of a rectangular box when unfolded. The top of each side is red and covered with irregularly sized stars, brown at the top and red closer to the bottom edge. Stylized Christmas trees are visible in the background. The second version of the industrial design, shown in the attached illustration - Fig. 2, has the shape of a rectangular box when unfolded. The background of each side is blue and irregularly covered with stars of various sizes. From the top edge, the stars are blue and turn white towards the bottom. In the background, stylized mountains, cottages, and snow-covered Christmas trees are visible. The front side has a silver stripe along its longer side on the left side, creating a background for the inscription: "TERAMAX GEE ZEN-SZEN vitamins and minerals" and the information DIETARY SUPPLEMENT 210 tablets. The word "TERAMAX" is written in a capital letter with a typeface similar to elongated block lettering. All letters of the inscription "TERAMAX" are rotated 90° to the left, so that the inscription "TERAMAX" is parallel to the longer side of the front side. Above the last letter "X" are three horizontally arranged uppercase letters "GEE" written in a font similar to a modernized oval block script with medium-sized letters in white. The background is a perspective extension of the front lower stripe depicting the lake. The bottom of the packaging is a dark green narrow stripe, above which is a white line. The front panel has the following inscriptions on the left side, along its longer side: TERAMAX GEE ZEN-SZEN vitamins and minerals, and the information "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT" 150 tablets. In the background are flowers, grass, and three chicks. In the lower left corner, there is a basket with a stylized white napkin and colorful Easter eggs. Half of the basket is visible, the other half extends onto the side wall of the packaging. The bottom of the front part of the packaging is a narrow dark green stripe, on which, on the left side, are three circles, placed parallel to the shorter side of the label and arranged symmetrically to the width of the stripe on which the inscription TERAMAX is placed - a vertical stripe. Next are the three words "ENERGIA WITALNOSC OPDORNOSC" (ENERGY VITALITY IMMUNITY) written in capital letters with a font similar to a modernized, rounded white block script. A white line runs along the entire length of the narrow strip, above the words "ENERGY VITALITY IMMUNITY." The back wall of the packaging, i.e., the one opposite the front wall, has the inscription "TERAMAX GEE" at the top left, where the height of the letters in the inscription "GEE" is half that of the letters in the inscription "TERAMAX." The bottom wall of the packaging is a narrow dark green stripe with the inscription www.teramaxgee.com. A white line runs along the entire length of the narrow stripe, above this inscription. The "Future Pharma" trademark - the Applicant's logo - is placed symmetrically on the side walls of the packaging at the top. On one of the side walls, at the bottom, on opposite sides, are half-baskets containing stylized napkins and colorful Easter eggs. Between the baskets is a branch of "catkins" and a stylized figure of a lamb. Above are asymmetrically arranged tricolor Easter eggs and four chicks, one of which is pulling a red bow on a ribbon. The bow is accompanied by three beads imitating Easter eggs. On the other side of the package, there is a decorative motif in the form of a double branch with white flowers, on which a red bow is placed and three colorful Easter eggs are suspended.
