OPAKOWANIE Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone zwlaszcza do pakowania preparatów wspomagajacych odchudzanie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii ksztaltów, kolorów oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniem poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia rzut powierzchni frontowej fig. 2 przedstawia rzut powierzchni tylnej fig. 3 przedstawia rzut powierzchni górnej fig. 4 przedstawia rzut powierzchni dolnej fig. 5 przedstawia rzut prawej powierzchni bocznej fig. 6 przedstawia rzut lewej powierzchni bocznej Opakowanie ma postac prostokatnego pudelka o cechach istotnych wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zielonej barwy powierzchni pudelka. Cala powierzchnia odbija opalizujaco swiatlo sprawiajac wrazenie trójwymiarowosci. Na frontowej powierzchni w centralnym miejscu umieszczony jest wizerunek kobiety w tancu z rekoma i uniesionymi ponad glowe. Kobieta ubrana jest w bialy top i biala spódnice. Z lewej strony baletnicy zamieszczona postac motyla siedzacego na bialym kwiatostanie. Wnetrza kielichów maja kolor zólto-czerwony.Czesc kwiatu przyslania hologram. Obrzeza skrzydel motyla maja kolor czerwony. Szczyt przedniego skrzydla zlozonego do góry zabarwiony jest na czarno-bialy kolor. Na pierwszym planie widnieja kólka róznych rozmiarów przypominajacych przezroczyste banki mydlane. Wzdluz lewej krawedzi znajduje sie napis srebrny MEIZITANG oraz czerwony piktogram wewnatrz, którego znajduja sie chinskie znaki. W górnej czesci od srodka do prawej krawedzi umieszczone sa duze zólte chinskie znaki. Centralnie pod nimi osiem zóltych kropek poprzedzajacych mniejsze biale chinskie znaki centralnie pod nimi w dole znajduje sie szereg mniejszych bialych chinskich znaków, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. Na powierzchni tylnej opakowania o cechach istotnych wzoru przemyslowego zamieszczono postac motyla siedzacego na bialym kwiatostanie. Wnetrza kielichów maja kolor zólto-czerwony. Obrzeza skrzydel motyla maja kolor czerwony. Szczyt przedniego skrzydla zlozonego do góry zabarwiony jest na czarno-bialy kolor. Na pierwszym planie widnieja kólka róznych rozmiarów przypominajacych przezroczyste banki mydlane. Wzdluz lewej krawedzi znajduje sie napis srebrny MEIZITANG oraz czerwony piktogram wewnatrz, którego znajduja sie chinskie znaki. W górnej czesci od srodka do prawej krawedzi umieszczone sa duze zólte chinskie znaki. Centralnie pod nimi osiem zóltych kropek poprzedzajacych mniejsze biale chinskie znaki i centralnie pod nimi ponizej znajduja sie trzy rzedy malych czarnych chinskich znaków zas pod nimi szereg bialych chinskich znaków, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2. Z lewej strony powierzchni górnej i dolnej opakowania o cechach istotnych wzoru przemyslowego zamieszczono czerwony piktogram z umieszczonymi wewnatrz chinskimi znakami. W srodkowej czesci znajduja sie cztery rzedy chinskich znaków zas z prawej strony znajduje sie wizerunek dwóch fruwajacych brazowych motyli róznej wielkosci, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3 i 4. W centralnej czesci prawej powierzchni bocznej opakowania o cechach istotnych wzoru przemyslowego widnieje czerwony piktogram z umieszczonymi wewnatrz chinskimi znakami, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 5.W centralnej czesci lewej powierzchni bocznej opakowania o cechach istotnych wzoru przemyslowego umieszczone sa cztery rzedy chinskich znaków, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 6.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 PLPACKAGING The industrial design is for packaging intended specifically for slimming aids. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, manifested in the arrangement of lines, shapes, colors, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the front surface view Fig. 2 shows the back surface view Fig. 3 shows the top surface view Fig. 4 shows the bottom surface view Fig. 5 shows the right side surface view Fig. 6 shows the left side surface view The packaging is a rectangular box with the essential features of the industrial design in the form of the green color of the box surface. The entire surface reflects light iridescently, creating a three-dimensional impression. The front surface features a central image of a woman dancing with her arms raised above her head. The woman is wearing a white top and a white skirt. To the left of the ballerina is a butterfly perched on a white inflorescence. The calyx interiors are yellow and red. A hologram obscures part of the flower. The edges of the butterfly's wings are red. The top of the folded front wing is colored black and white. In the foreground are circles of various sizes resembling transparent soap bubbles. Along the left edge is the silver inscription "MEIZITANG" and a red pictogram inside which are Chinese characters. Large yellow Chinese characters are placed along the top from the center to the right edge. Centrally below these are eight yellow dots preceding smaller white Chinese characters. Centrally below them at the bottom is a row of smaller white Chinese characters, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 1). The back of the packaging, which has significant industrial design features, features a butterfly sitting on a white inflorescence. The insides of the calyxes are yellow and red. The edges of the butterfly's wings are red. The top of the folded front wing is colored black and white. In the foreground are circles of various sizes resembling transparent soap bubbles. Along the left edge is the silver inscription "MEIZITANG" and a red pictogram inside which are Chinese characters. Large yellow Chinese characters are placed across the top, from the center to the right edge. Centrally below them are eight yellow dots preceding smaller white Chinese characters and centrally below them are three rows of small black Chinese characters and below them a row of white Chinese characters, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2. On the left side of the upper and lower surfaces of the packaging with significant features of the industrial design there is a red pictogram with Chinese characters placed inside. In the central part there are four rows of Chinese characters, and on the right side there is an image of two flying brown butterflies of different sizes, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 3 and 4. In the central part of the right side surface of the packaging with significant industrial design features there is a red pictogram with Chinese characters placed inside, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 5. In the central part of the left side surface of the packaging with significant industrial design features there are four rows of Chinese characters, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 6.
