PL 24909 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wizerunek zwierzatka: Pingwin. Posiac Pingwina moze byc przedstawiana w postaci maskotki lub figurki. EN 24909 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is the image of an animal: a penguin. The Penguin Sow can be presented in the form of a mascot or figurine.

Postac Pingwina posiada tulów o owalnym ksztalcie, plynnie polaczony z glowa, bez wyraznie zaznaczonej szyi. Z przodu glowy ma wyrazne zarysowane wielkie oczy, które sa umiejscowione w górnej czesci postaci. W centralnej czesci oczu znajduja sie male zrenice. Oczy maja delikatna ob- wódke. Miedzy oczami znajduje sie niewielki dziób w ksztalcie trójkata. Ponizej oczu i dzioba, od 3/4 postaci pojawia sie zarys brzucha. Brzuch siega dolnej krawedzi postaci. Na dole postaci Pingwina znajduja sie niewielkie nózki, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Ponizej oczu, po obu stronach Pingwina znajduja sie skrzydla, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Tyl postaci jest gladki, bez znaków szczególnych. The figure of the Penguin has an oval-shaped trunk, smoothly connected to the head, without clearly marked neck. In front of her head she has clearly defined large eyes which are located at the top of the figure. There are small pupils in the central part of the eyes. The eyes have a delicate rim. There is a small triangle-shaped beak between the eyes. Below the eyes and beak, an outline of the abdomen appears from 3/4 of the figure. The belly reaches the lower edge of the figure. At the bottom of the Penguin figure there are small legs, symmetrically distributed along the figure's axis. Below the eyes, on both sides of the Penguin, there are wings, symmetrically distributed along the axis of the figure. So many characters are smooth, with no special marks.

Pingwinek jest w kolorze ciemno fioletowym. Brzuch postaci ma kolor bialy. Oczy sa koloru bia- lego z czarnymi zrenicami. Obwódka oczu, dziób oraz nogi sa w kolorze slonecznym zóltym. The penguin is dark purple in color. The character's belly is white. The eyes are white with black reflections. The rims of the eyes, beak and legs are sunny yellow.

Postac przedstawiona w formie maskotki wykonana jest z gesto tkanej tkaniny, przypominajacej gruby wzór wykonany na drutach. Pojedyncze elementy takie jak obwódka i oczy sa wykonane w tech- nice haftu. Nózki wykonane sa z tkaniny o mniejszym splocie. Wypelnienie Pingwinka stanowi miekki material. The character presented in the form of a mascot is made of a densely woven fabric, resembling a thick pattern made on knitting. Single elements such as the border and eyes are made in the embroidery technique. The legs are made of a fabric with a smaller weave. The Penguin filling is made of a soft material.

The object of the industrial design is shown in the photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the figure of the Penguin in a front view, in Fig. 2 the figure in a rear view, and in Fig. 3 in a side view.
