PL 24914 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wizerunek zwierzatka: Kurczak. Postac kurczaka moze byc przedstawiana w postaci maskotki lub figurki. Postac Kurczaka posiada tulów o owalnym ksztalcie, plynnie polaczony z glowa, bez wyraznie zaznaczonej szyi. Z przodu glowy ma wyrazne zarysowane wielkie oczy, które sa umiejscowione w górnej czesci postaci. W centralnej czesci oczu znajduja sie male zrenice. Oczy maja delikatna ob- wódke Na czubku glowy postaci znajduje sie grzebien. Miedzy oczami znajduje sie niewielki dziób w ksztalcie trójkata. Ponizej oczu i dzioba, od 1/2 postaci pojawia sie zarys brzucha. Brzuch siega dolnej krawedzi postaci. Na dole postaci Kurczaka znajduja sie niewielkie nózki, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Ponizej oczu, po obu stronach Kurczaka znajduja sie skrzydla, rozlozone symetrycz- nie wzdluz osi postaci. Tyl postaci jest gladki. Kurczak jest w kolorze zólty slomkowy. Brzuch postaci, skrzydla i obwódka oczu ma kolor slo- neczny zólty. Oczy sa koloru bialego z czarnymi zrenicami. Dziób i grzebien sa w kolorze czerwony strazacki. Postac przedstawiona w formie maskotki wykonana jest z gesto tkanej tkaniny, przypominajacej gruby wzór wykonany na drutach. Pojedyncze elementy takie jak obwódka oczu sa wykonane w tech- nice haftu. Nózki i grzebien wykonane sa z tkaniny o mniejszym splocie. Wypelnienie Kurczaka stanowi miekki material. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 pokazano postac Kurczaka w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 postac w widoku z tylu, zas na fig. 3 w widoku z boku. The figure of the chicken can be presented as a mascot or figurine. The figure of the Chicken has an oval-shaped torso, smoothly connected to the head, without a clearly defined neck. At the front of the head, it has clearly outlined large eyes, which are located in the upper part of the figure. In the central part of the eyes, there are small pupils. The eyes have a delicate rim. There is a comb on the top of the figure's head. Between the eyes, there is a small beak in the shape of a triangle. Below the eyes and beak, from 1/2 of the figure, the outline of the belly appears. The belly reaches the lower edge of the figure. At the bottom of the figure of the Chicken, there are small legs, placed symmetrically along the axis of the figure. Below the eyes, on both sides of the Chicken, there are wings, spread symmetrically along the axis of the figure. The back of the figure is smooth. The Chicken is straw yellow. The belly, wings and eye rim are sunny yellow. The eyes are white with black pupils. The beak and comb are firefighter red. The figure presented as a mascot is made of densely woven fabric, resembling a thick pattern made on knits. Individual elements such as the eye rim are made using the embroidery technique. The legs and comb are made of fabric with a smaller weave. The Chicken is filled with soft material. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the Chicken figure in a front view, Fig. 2 the figure in a back view, and Fig. 3 in a side view.
