PL 24911 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wizerunek zwierzatka: Pies. Postac Psa moze byc przedstawiana w postaci maskotki lub figurki. Postac Psa posiada tulów o owalnym ksztalcie, plynnie polaczony z glowa, bez wyraznie zazna- czonej szyi. Z przodu glowy ma wyrazne zarysowane duze oczy, które sa umiejscowione w górnej czesci postaci. W centralnej czesci oczu znajduja sie male zrenice. Prawe oko postaci posiada obszycie sta- nowiace plamke. Lewe oko bez obwódki. Po bokach glowy postaci znajduja sie uszy, rozlozone syme- trycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Miedzy oczami znajduje sie wyraznie zaznaczony nos o owalnym ksztalcie, polaczony nizej z ustami. Na dole postaci Psa znajduja sie niewielkie nózki, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Ponizej oczu, po obu stronach Psa znajduja sie lapki, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Tyl postaci jest gladki. Centralnie posrodku, na dole tulowia znajduje sie przytwierdzony trwale ogon w ksztalcie kulki. Pies jest w kolorze jasnego cieplego bezu. Oczy sa koloru bialego z brazowymi zrenicami. Obwódka prawego oka, nos i usta, lapki, nózki oraz ogon sa w kolorze cieplego ciemnego brazu. Postac przedstawiona w formie maskotki wykonana jest z gesto tkanej tkaniny, przypominajacej gruby wzór wykonany na drutach. Pojedyncze elementy takie jak oczy i obwódka prawego oka sa wy- konane w technice haftu. Lapki, nózki, uszy oraz ogon wykonane sa z tkaniny o mniejszym splocie. Wypelnienie Psa stanowi miekki material. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 pokazano postac Psa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 postac w widoku z tylu, zas na fig. 3 w widoku z boku. The Dog character can be presented as a mascot or figurine. The Dog character has an oval-shaped torso, smoothly connected to the head, without a clearly defined neck. At the front of the head, it has clearly outlined large eyes, which are located in the upper part of the character. In the central part of the eyes, there are small pupils. The right eye of the character has a border constituting a spot. The left eye has no rim. On the sides of the character's head, there are ears, placed symmetrically along the axis of the character. Between the eyes, there is a clearly defined oval-shaped nose, connected lower with the mouth. At the bottom of the Dog character, there are small legs, placed symmetrically along the axis of the character. Below the eyes, on both sides of the Dog are paws, placed symmetrically along the axis of the figure. The back of the figure is smooth. In the center, at the bottom of the body, there is a permanently attached tail in the shape of a ball. The Dog is a light warm beige. The eyes are white with brown pupils. The rim of the right eye, nose and mouth, paws, legs and tail are in a warm dark brown. The figure presented as a mascot is made of densely woven fabric, resembling a thick pattern made on knits. Individual elements such as the eyes and the rim of the right eye are made using the embroidery technique. The paws, legs, ears and tail are made of a fabric with a smaller weave. The Dog is filled with soft material. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the figure of the Dog in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the figure in a back view, and Fig. 3 shows the figure in a side view.
