EN 24911 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is the image of an animal: a dog. The Dog character can be presented in the form of a mascot or figurine.

Postac Psa posiada tulów o owalnym ksztalcie, plynnie polaczony z glowa, bez wyraznie zazna- czonej szyi. Z przodu glowy ma wyrazne zarysowane duze oczy, które sa umiejscowione w górnej czesci postaci. W centralnej czesci oczu znajduja sie male zrenice. Prawe oko postaci posiada obszycie sta- nowiace plamke. Lewe oko bez obwódki. Po bokach glowy postaci znajduja sie uszy, rozlozone syme- trycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Miedzy oczami znajduje sie wyraznie zaznaczony nos o owalnym ksztalcie, polaczony nizej z ustami. Na dole postaci Psa znajduja sie niewielkie nózki, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Ponizej oczu, po obu stronach Psa znajduja sie lapki, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Tyl postaci jest gladki. Centralnie posrodku, na dole tulowia znajduje sie przytwierdzony trwale ogon w ksztalcie kulki. The figure of a Dog has an oval-shaped trunk, smoothly connected to the head, without a clearly marked neck. At the front of the head, she has clearly defined large eyes that are located at the top of the figure. There are small pupils in the central part of the eyes. The right eye of the character has a hem which is a spot. Left eye without rim. On the sides of the figure's head there are ears, symmetrically spaced along the figure's axis. Between the eyes there is a clearly marked nose with an oval shape, connected below the mouth. At the bottom of the Dog figure there are small legs, symmetrically positioned along the figure's axis. Below the eyes, on both sides of the Dog, there are paws, distributed symmetrically along the axis of the figure. So many characters are smooth. In the center, at the bottom of the trunk, is a permanently attached ball-shaped tail.

Pies jest w kolorze jasnego cieplego bezu. Oczy sa koloru bialego z brazowymi zrenicami. The dog is light, warm meringue in color. The eyes are white with brown flecks.

Obwódka prawego oka, nos i usta, lapki, nózki oraz ogon sa w kolorze cieplego ciemnego brazu. The rim of the right eye, nose and mouth, feet, legs and tail are warm dark brown.

Postac przedstawiona w formie maskotki wykonana jest z gesto tkanej tkaniny, przypominajacej gruby wzór wykonany na drutach. Pojedyncze elementy takie jak oczy i obwódka prawego oka sa wy- konane w technice haftu. Lapki, nózki, uszy oraz ogon wykonane sa z tkaniny o mniejszym splocie. The character presented in the form of a mascot is made of a densely woven fabric, resembling a thick pattern made on knitting. Single elements such as the eyes and the rim of the right eye are made in the embroidery technique. The feet, legs, ears and tail are made of a smaller weave fabric.

Wypelnienie Psa stanowi miekki material. The Dog's filling is made of a soft material.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 pokazano postac Psa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 postac w widoku z tylu, zas na fig. 3 w widoku z boku. The object of the industrial design is shown in the photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the figure of a Dog in a front view, in Fig. 2 the figure in a rear view, and in Fig. 3 in a side view.
